ROCKLEDGE LOOKOUT

Rockledge Lookout is a newly built home conveniently located in the beautiful small town of Bolton Landing. The town is a short drive or a ten-minute walk away. This home can easily accommodate up to 8 guests. With stunning lake views from every room, two private patios with patio furniture, a fire pit, a barbeque, and close access to a full-service marina, this property has it all.

This home also offers a private BBQ grill and fire pit. Perfect for grilling up some yummy food or roasting marshmallows!

The lake level features a living space with a sleeper sofa. There is also a queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the lake level. The main floor has a second living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor holds the remaining two bedrooms, both with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms feature sliding glass doors with views of the lake and a small deck perfect for sipping your morning coffee. At the top of the stairs, you will find a nook with two twin beds.

Parking is available right in front of the house. The town of Bolton is a quick ride away, with shopping, restaurants, and public beaches. There are many options for outdoor activities from hiking, biking, kayaking, and boating in the summer, to skiing and ice skating in the winter.

***This home is pet-friendly. Bring along your four-legged friend. An additional pet fee per dog will apply. You must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card, dogs only. Approval needed for more than one dog and a dog over 40lbs.

Directly across from the house is Chic's Marina, where dock space is available with boat rentals. In addition to boat rentals, the marina also offers plenty of ways to get out on the lake such as jet ski tours and captained boat rides. Adjacent to the marina is The Algonquin Restaurant, a full-service restaurant with lovely views of the lake.

Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***

Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the property and may record for security purposes.

As usual, this house continues to be perfect for what we need! House was clean and well stocked. We cooked and barbecued wonderful food. We were close to fabulous restaurants on the nights we wanted to go out. We rented a great pontoon boat and had it conveniently docked across the street. We loved our stay and will be back!

Family Vacation

This property is perfectly situated right in front of Chic’s Marina so there is no need to pack up belongings if you’re renting a boat on the lake for the day. Only a 2 min drive to Downtown Bolton Landing and short distance to Lake George Village. The property is very clean with beautiful finishes and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The only disadvantage is the amount of stairs. There was a good amount of wasps in the area and when I contacted the property manager they sent someone out to spray for them immediately. Overall, great location and property which I would definitely recommend!

An amazing end to our summer

We had a great stay at Rockledge Lookout! We enjoyed the space inside and out! Had great family meals at the large table in the back yard and sat on the deck overlooking the lake with our morning coffee and evening cocktails. We rented a boat at Chic’s (like always) and had the convenience of being very close to home, when we returned to the dock. We will be back!

Great but issues with the home

The house is beautiful, but we are all in our 60s multiple steps and from the parking lot to the front door is a big hill with no steps to steep specially when you’re walking with a cane

We were a family of 4 with an infant in town for a wedding in Bolton Landing. First time visit and we loved it! Rockledge Lookout was perfectly located for all of the venues and the lake view was “chef’s kiss”. Less than a mile drive to the village area. Rockledge has everything you need - 2 complete living areas with TV and comfortable, attractive furnishings. Ground level has a queen bed with ensuite full bath with deep tub and glass doors. Full size stackable washer/dryer was very convenient. Up one flight of stairs was the kitchen, dining table and large very comfy sectional plus 2 sliders to a beautiful deck that runs the full length of the home. Furniture on the deck is very comfortable. Lighted ceiling fans were nice! Kitchen has everything you need. Nice Keurig with both pot and cup option. Plenty of cookware. High end toaster. Seating for 8 at the table. Upstairs are 2 king bedrooms, both ensuite with tiled showers. Nice closets with hangers and iron and board. Lighted ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Between them is an open area with 2 twin beds and ceiling fan. Perfect spot for the portable crib. From the landing heading upstairs you can access the back patio area - beautiful large chaises, umbrella and dining table and chairs plus gas grill. The chaises lookout to the lake in plenty of sun. Just lovely. Area was quiet in October but the weather was summer-like so plenty of boaters across the road at Chic’s Marina. Entry info was delivered to my inbox as promised.
