Come Stay @ Seas~the~Day, 6th Floor Direct Beachfront.

Come stay at Seas the Day and relax on your private balcony while taking in breathtaking, 6th floor views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We are located minutes from Pensacola NAS along with lots of other restaurants and shopping venues.

We fell in love with this 6th floor, cozy condo with views that connect you to the sugar-white sand beaches and sparkling blue gulf waters. The condo is very quiet and easily accessible to the elevator, pool, ocean, grilling area and parking.

The condo is 704 sq ft’ but feels very spacious with its open floor plan design. We have a king-sized bed in the master, the hallway has fun, junior-sized captains bunks and the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa. Total guest allowed to stay can consist of 6 people; 4 adults and 2 kids, max.

Conveniently located across the street from the condo is the Villagio Centre, which has beach supplies, The Jellyfish Restaurant and Sushi Bar, The Breakfast Club, Hershey’s Ice Cream Shop, and more. Also, the kids will love Dave’s snow cone stand which is directly across the street. Pedro’s has awesome mexican food and margaritas, which is a two minute drive. Publix and Winn Dixie, are 3 miles east of the unit, along with a McDonalds and a CVS. There is also a Target and Walmart 6 miles east, if that’s not enough;) There are many great restaurants offering fresh, gulf seafood.

We are approximately 35 minutes from Pensacola International Airport.

We are located approximately 15 minutes from Pensacola NAS. Don’t forget to checkout the Naval Aviaton Museum, which is home to the super cool, BLUE ANGELS (call to make sure they’re allowing visitors). There is no fee to get in either...who doesn’t love free?!?! The unit is also located 6 miles east from the famous, FLORA-BAMA.

This low-density area allows for a very relaxing beach stay with quick access into the more populated areas, if desired.

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean

The host was wonderful the only drawback was there was no hot water for the first 4 days and the pool was under construction up until the last day of our vacation but the owners offered us compensation. They were awesome and I would definitely stay there again.

This unit was perfect with so many extra’s. The outside furniture was so nice. We ate out there every meal. The furniture inside was clean and cozy. The bed was comfy and the touch lamps were nice along with the fan in the master room. It was like home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked. And must not forget the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler really was the nicest touch of all. You can tell the owners take pride in their place and appreciate their renters.

First time in Perdido Key, loved it! The condo was very, very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The views from the balcony were awesome. Communication from the owners was excellent! If we plan another trip to Perdido we would definitely want to return to this property.

Enjoyable Stay, Minor Drawbacks

Overall, our stay was lovely! But there’s a few things I think future guests should be aware of. 6 hours before our check-in, I received a message from the host letting us know the washer was broken. We completely understand that things happen unexpectedly, and we gave the benefit of the doubt that this was a last-minute issue. That’s why we didn’t say anything or cause any trouble about this. However, since the washer was a key amenity for us when choosing a rental over a hotel, it would have been appreciated to receive an apology, a small credit, or even extra clean towels to help make up for the inconvenience. This was presented as “just wanted you to be aware.”We also found the Wi-Fi to be quite spotty during our stay, so guests who need reliable internet may want to keep that in mind.On our part, we made an honest mistake and checked out 10 minutes late, assuming check-out was 11 a.m. We realized our error while packing the car and sincerely apologized to the host multiple times, as we understand how important timing is for turnovers. While this was entirely our fault, the response from the host felt a bit cold. Given that some listed amenities weren’t available during our stay, I think a little mutual grace would have gone a long way.We’re all human, and I believe both sides could have handled parts of this experience with more understanding. I hope this feedback helps future guests and also supports the host in creating an even better experience moving forward.
