Gorgeous getaway with all the extras included!

This beautiful vacation home located in the heart of Pawleys Island has all the comforts of home- fully stocked gourmet kitchen, beautiful great room to enjoy family time, Smart TV in every room, Wifi, games, outside entertainment area with gas grill, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, 4 bikes, bike racks for transport to bike path/trails, just a few-minute drive to all the restaurants and quaint shops Pawleys Island has to offer. As the crow flies, we are very close to the beach, but due to the waterways of Pawleys, it is not walkable. If you don't mind driving to the beach - the closest public beach access is just a quick 3- to 4-minute drive. Most of our guests do prefer driving to the beach to easily transport all the beach equipment! Also included is an unlimited entry pass to Huntington Beach State Park - about a 4-mile drive - to make it an easy day at the beach - swimming, fishing, hiking trails with parking and restrooms right on the beach!

Perfect relaxing getaway

We wanted to switch it up from our normal summer vacation down the shore, and it did not disappoint! The house was beautiful and super clean! It had everything we needed to relax and feel comfortable. We loved relaxing, playing games, and watching the Phillies, but we also loved heading out for a nice dinner and ice cream! The beaches were clean, quiet, and warm!

Beautiful, meticulously clean, and modern

The house was absolutely beautiful, meticulously clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities required for a week's stay (even some extra which was a great surprise) and we could not have asked for a nicer, more relaxing place. The owners were great to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The area had so many things to do and we loved Huntington State beach especially! I would rent here again in heartbeat!

Wonderful

Nice quiet community. Very handy to the beach, State Park, grocery store, shopping and great restaurants. Family fell in love with the area & the house which was immaculate! Kitchen fully equipped with cooking essentials. Beach supplies & bikes came in handy & were utilized. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us.

Beyond our expectations

Well let’s see how can I put this. If you’re on the fence and need to make a decision don’t think twice just click on this property and know you have done the right thing. It’s perfect for 6 however we were just 2 so it was really perfect for us. The location is incredible bc the 17 rules the world on Pawleys. Everything feeds off of the 17. You r also 3 mins from the Huntington State park beach which is stunning And do not miss the botanical gardens. We wish we had found the garden sooner because you could spend an We wish we had found the garden sooner because you could spend a couple of days in there and not see the same things. There’s a zoo and restaurants and shops and beautiful flora and fauna Outstanding This house has everything u need to spend the entire day on those beautiful beaches. They r hard and flat and beautiful. We do a lot of VRBO rentals and this is my first w a Cuisinart food processor. I was able to make my homemade salsa with that food processor and I so appreciated them having it. The kitchen has everything. The appliances are gorgeous. Trust me. This is a great property. Outdoor shower too exceptional I highly recommend it. We actually did the math on if we rented it for the next year and didn’t leave Pawleys after a wk of vacation there we just decided to stay that’s how good it is. Say yes pls now. U won’t regret it. It’s one of the first VRBO’s we have stayed in that we would actually return to so it checked all of our boxes and we are picky

Perfect family haven!

We were in Pawleys Island for a few days for a high school baseball tournament. This wonderful home was only a couple miles away from the ballfield so it made it perfect for us. What was even better was that everything in the house was exactly as advertised and even more. The home was decorated nicely and very functional. I worked while out of town and was able to use the great Wi-Fi. The hosts were super communicators and very responsive to any questions. Although it was off-season and chilly temperatures. We got a sunny day in the 70s and we were able to take advantage of the beach chairs and beach towels made available by our host. We didn’t get in the ocean so did not take advantage of the outside shower, but it’s a beautiful and clean shower and something we always look for in a beach house. All the furniture was very comfortable and the great little electric fireplace was nice ambience in the evening. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your next getaway!

Beautiful and Clean Rental

We could not agree more with the previous reviews pertaining to this property. I have never stayed at a hotel or house rental which was depicted as accurately in the reviews as this property. Thorough information and communication was provided by the owners and we legitimately have nothing to say that is not positive. Beautiful home, expertly cleaned, and as comfortable as we could imagine. We could not have pictured such a perfect experience as we received through this VRBO rental. Huge thanks again to the wonderful owners! If you are looking around Pawley’s Island or the Myrtle Beach area, there is not a more perfect rental!

Inviting with cozy and casual atmosphere

Beautiful island house with colors and decor that gives the feeling of being welcome. Everything that anyone could need was provided with quality products. After a day of shopping, sightseeing or fishing, we found this house to be like going home and relaxing.

“So Well Done!”

This property is a quaint beach house that has not forgotten any of the details! It was so well stocked with all the conveniences of home and a fully stocked kitchen with all modern appliances. Its decor is very modern and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our houseful of 8-highly recommend it!!!

Comforts of home

Fully stocked and roomy new construction house with comfortable furniture, beds and outdoor furniture. Well thought out check in and check out information. Lots of great suggestions for things to do. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Convenient to everything

The home was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you will need. We had a game night as there are tons available to bring the competitive spirit out of everyone! The house is super convenient to everything from grocery stores, restaurants, Georgetown and Murrells inlet. Park passes were handy to go to Huntington Beach State park which we all really liked. With the pass, we toured Atalaya which was the Huntingtons home in the park. If you like history, this home is convenient to alot and we took advantage of that. As a bonus, the neighbor across the street is a great person. He gave some great feedback on fishing the tidal creeks close by and just an interesting guy to talk with as i cooked out on the grill which was great.

Much needed getaway

This property was immaculate yet we felt very much at home our entire stay! There’s plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the area so much that we did all of our sightseeing, activities, shopping and dining within a 40 minute drive of the house. We highly recommend Pawleys Island and this rental!

Little League Tournament

We came to Pawleys Island for a little league tournament. We couldn’t have been happier with the house for our family while in the area. It’s absolutely lovely. Exactly as described- it has everything one could need, beds are very comfortable and the home is spotless. It’s tucked away off 17 and not a concern to us at all. Very conveniently located. Therese was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Friday we went to beach right around the corner. We ate locally for dinner at a restaurant that Therese recommended and it was delicious. Unfortunately the weather didn’t fully cooperate for the tournament, but we loved the time we were able to spend in the area and will definitely be back - and would absolutely want to stay here again. One the of the best home rental experiences we’ve ever had.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here - lots of thought went into making it convenient for us - from beach chairs and beach towels we could use to stocked paper products. Truly a relaxing stay in a beautiful, incredibly clean house. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed local attractions, shopping, and restaurants.

Beautiful Home!

This home was absolutely beautiful! Therese was very responsive throughout the entirety of our stay. The location was great. Everything that we needed was available (the home was well-stocked, great for evening meals. Plus, there were bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas available too) the home’s decor and aesthetic was comfy and relaxing! The house was SPOTLESS! This property is a extremely well-maintained and we’re looking forward to returning next summer for another visit. Our time on Pawley’s Island was much needed breath of fresh air!

Absolutely wonderful

We had an awesome experience here. The home is very well appointed, pristinely kept, and probably one of the best stocked rental properties I’ve stayed at. Everything seems brand new. The location is right off Hwy 17, making it convenient to get around, but there’s no road noise inside the house at all. We used the provided bikes and state park passes for Huntington Beach, which were such a great amenity. Therese the host was communicative and gracious. We all agreed we’d stay here again on our next trip back to Pawleys!

My husband and I absolutely love hosting! We will be handling your plans personally - all communications will be through myself or my husband from your booking, checking in to departure. It's extremely important to us that every detail of your vacation is as perfect as you plan it! Our response time to any inquiry whatsoever will be immediate - within the hour. Your check-in will be seamless and stress-free - No going to who knows where - to some management company first to pick up your keys and instructions for check-in and certainly there will be no worrying if it's after hours! Everything will be done via text, email or phone call and you'll have direct access to house for check-in. We have an excellent cleaning and maintenance team to ensure safety and comfort during your stay.

My husband and I like to find vacation spots that have all the fun activities we like to do in one area and convenience at our front door. Pawleys Island seems to have a little bit of everything - and the charm of a good, old-fashioned town. We are entering our fourth season in Pawleys Island and have put a lot of thought into making our vacation home just a comfortable, fun place to spend with family and friends and would LOVE to share our journey and experiences with you and your family!

That is why we make sure you have a fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home, passes to Huntingdon Beach State Park, beach equipment, beach towels, bikes, bike racks for easy transport to the bike path, games, family and sports TV. All the essentials such as bedding, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry detergents, trash bags, body soap, conditioner, shampoo will be provided and ready to use! As far as parking - there is driveway parking only - 3 cars will fit in the driveway!
