Security Deposit:
Resort will require a deposit for incidentals or damages at check-in. You can use a credit or debit card , the deposit is U$150 per unit . This is a preauthorization, not charged and released at check-out if not needed. Credit cards usually are refund in 2-3 days, while debit cards can take longer. Please contact your financial institution for more details.

***** LONG STAYS INFO:
We do provide a starter kit for each unit with toiletries, toilet paper, paper towel, dish washer, detergent, etc... It will last you for 3 or 4 days, after that, how this unit is self-catered, you have to buy your own supply in the supermarket or request on your grocery delivery of preference.

Is important that the guest who is booking, must be 21 years or older and present a ID that matches the name on your Airbnb account .
For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars .

There is a Security Deposit of : $150 . You can use credit card or debit card . Your credit or debit card will be swiped upon arrival, is not a charge. It will be released after you check out .
