Welcome to The Bears Den! M&M Property Management of the Ozarks is excited to announce one of our added condos in Pointe Royale, which lies along the banks of Lake Taneycomo. As you drive into this gated community, you will quickly see this is a golfer's dream. This 2 bedroom with a loft, 2 bathroom condo has amazing golf course views! Enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch while you take in the beautiful views of the 18-hole golf course and the stunning landscaping.

Make your meals in the comfort of a fully stocked kitchen OR head to the resort restaurant and enjoy a meal before heading out to see what Branson has to offer!! Branson has some of the best shows and entertainment, shopping, golfing, and lake activities!

** The condo has approximately 14 stairs up to the entrance
**We are trying to remain pet friendly at The Bears Den condo and we will need your participation to make sure we can continue this.
If you are bringing a pet, we will need to fully disclose our pet policy.

You must agree to:
- A per pet fee

- Pet is NOT allowed on furniture or beds or the loft level
- Pet MUST be on a leash when outside of your condo
- Pet MUST be picked up after outside. If dog waste is not picked up, you will be charged $75
- Pet MUST be in a crate while you are not at the condo
- Your pet MUST be on a flea and tick preventative
- MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMIT of 35 lbs, no exception and only one dog allowed

If a pet is found in your condo that has not been pre-approved, you will have to leave immediately without a refund.

One vehicle is allowed to park in front of the building during your stay. You will be issued a parking pass at the gate.

No trailers, campers or oversized vehicles will be allowed in through the gate.

Plenty of room for our big family. Home was clean with everything we needed to prepare meals, play games, or just hang out together. The kids loved their own space in the upstairs loft. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a wonderful family get-away at this condo! The photos were accurate and the condo was beautiful. The spaciousness of the home exceeded our expectations. Sometimes the hosts can take the photos in a way that makes the rooms look bigger than they are, but this condo was a perfect family get-away with plenty of actual room in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Everything was clean and well-kept. And, the spiral staircase to the loft bedroom was everything my daughter dreamed it would be!

Our family of eight and one grand baby had a wonderful time at the condo. It was spacey, clean and well stocked. The amenities on the grounds were really helpful with the temps being in the 90’s. We enjoyed not having to go anywhere to have fun. We spent a lot of time at the pool, pickle ball court and the play ground.Would highly recommend this gated community.

4th of July weekend

Nice and quiet area, right on the river bank. Great location. It was the 4th of July weekend, so the pool was overcrowded. The unit can have some updates and brighter lighting.

Great place to stay. Clean and plenty of accessories in the kitchen which made cooking very easy. Some of the pans need to be trashed and new ones but overall great place.

Great place, great location

Great place and the location was perfect if you were looking to get off the beaten path. Minutes from everything with a great view and a great hiking trail down by the water. The condo itself was very nice but not enough lighting and the inside needs to be painted badly. Kitchen is set up for all your needs.

It was clean, well stocked. It worked great for our family. (Hide away bed needs a added foam mattress, to help with the bar in your back.

Yearly trip

We come to this area every summer… my brothers family and mine… we rent a boat and enjoy table rock lake, some shopping and shows. We have stayed separately in the past. This time, we stayed together and utilized every inch of the space here. It was absolutely perfect for us.

Christmas vacation

We stayed for the week of Christmas, we had 7 people and a dog, and there was more than enough space for everyone. We cooked christmas dinner, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The condo was decorated beautifully, we used the indoor pool for the kids, and walked the dog down to the dog park/playground l, which had a beautiful river in the background.
