Furnished Sunrise View Waterfront townhouse (South Portland)

Renter responsible for: $6500/month and natural gas bill. All other utilities (internet, electric, water, trash removal, landscaping, full snow removal to the doorstep) are included. Cable TV is the responsibility of the renter. A minimum 12-month lease is required. $250 cleaning fee.

Target lease period: June 1, 2022 – May 31, 2023 with some flexibility and a possibility to renew.

Fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath waterfront condo with spectacular unobstructed views of the ocean and marina. Situated literally on the water’s edge, you could literally fish off the deck. Enjoy the sunny kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove and an extra-large pantry. More than enough space in this eat-in kitchen to cook, entertain and relax. Enjoy the gas fireplace and built-in bookshelves in the living room, an open dining space and large extended private deck with privacy partitions on both sides. The primary bedroom has a bay window overlooking the ocean and accesses the primary bathroom through a pocket door. The shower enclosure has a window to bring in views of the blue ocean and sunny sky. First (ground) floor can be a private suite with large bedroom (queen) and full bath. Second floor is designed for living/dining with a half bath. Third floor has two bedrooms (queen and full), a full bath and a conveniently located stacked washer and dryer. Don't forget the one-car garage, forced hot air and A/C and generous of closet space. Three floors of upscale living in a well-managed association. One car-garage and private driveway is for exclusive renter use, and ample additional guest parking is available. The large northeast facing deck, with a line of sight over the entire marina offers perhaps the BEST view from the Breakwater townhouses. Enjoy the warm morning greeting of the rising sun’s rays though the primary bedroom. Feel a sense of security with an unobstructed line of sight view to Fort Gorges in Casco Bay and the abiding 6 second flash pattern of the Spring Point Ledge lighthouse, both on National Register of Historic Places.

Ten minute walk to Bug Light park, two lighthouses, the popular Willard Beach as well as other small neighborhood beaches. You will see lobster boats, ferries, sailboats, kayakers, paddleboarders, and cruising boats working their way around the Portland shipping channel and the islands of Casco Bay. Within a short walking distance, you will find Willard Square, home to Scratch Bakery, featured in the New York Times, Bon Appetit, and the Food Network and ranked in the "Top 10 Bread Bakeries in the United States". Across the street from Scratch Bakery is Willard Scoops, a quaint ice cream shop. Also within walking distance is another fantastic bakery, and some very good restaurants, including the locally owned and nationally recognized Otto's Pizza, featured on the Food Network and the winner of the national "Best Pizza out of the Box" award. If ten minutes is too far, you will be just a 1-2 minute walk to El Corazon, 43 North restaurants and Spring Point Tavern. This is a prime location – and MUST see.
