Newly renovated 3bd apt with historic charm and all the amenities to explore Portland's Restaurants, Arts, Coastline, Parks, and More! Located in the Oakdale Neighborhood the unit features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 trendy bathrooms, beautiful eat in kitchen, cute office space, living room, off street parking and a large fenced in backyard with a fire pit.

Walking distance to local attractions and 5-10 min to the Old Port and Waterfront district. Come stay and enjoy all that Portland has to offer!

The space
2 Floor Apt located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. 2nd floor features high ceilings throughout, a newly renovated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), full living room and bathroom. 3rd floor is a large master suite with dedicated office space, queen size bed, full bathroom, and TV.

Great stay here … very clean and comfortable property and gave 3 adults plenty of space … less than 10 minutes from downtown Portland and accessible to places of local interest … well stocked … would love to stay here again !!

The apartment worked out overall for our group. Instructions for getting in and out might have been a little clearer. Also we did not realize there were so many stairs to the property!! This listing would be super for a young family. The backyard is fenced and has a great play set. The beds were very comfortable and TV viewing area was great!! We did enjoy our stay!!

One of the best places we have ever stayed at, very functional , super clean , great location if you want to be in Portland. Check in was super easy, kitchen was perfect , beds were comfy , everyone was happy

Fantastic Stay, Great Location!

I had a wonderful time in Maine with a group of five adults, and overall, this property was great!The accommodations were top-notch — both the sleeping and shower areas were comfortable, and the house provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the appliances were easy to use, making meal prep a breeze.The location was perfect for exploring Maine, and parking was super convenient. As for communication, Lauren was responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions, making check-in and check-out smooth.A couple of minor things to note: The AC on the upper floor wasn’t as effective as expected, but the rest of the house was fine. Also, the shower dial on the lower level was a bit tricky, with hot and cold reversed, but it wasn’t a big issue for adults, though something to keep in mind for families with young kids.Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a group looking to enjoy a memorable trip in Maine!Carolyn and friends from the VA, Ohio, and NY!

Portland stay

Stayed with family during my father’s surgery at Maine Medical Center. The apartment location was very convenient, allowing us to walk back and forth for hospital visits without needing to drive. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy check in and excellent communication with owner.

Cute spot just outside the city

Loved this spot just outside the city. Very clean and comfortable and super cute! We did drive and uber into town, but would have walked if it wasn’t snowing! Would definitely come back!

Cute place, not best for our family

This was our first time in Portland and I read the reviews and was pleased with what I read but I’d like to provide some feedback based on our stay. The property is very convenient to the Old Port area and super close to the airport so that was a plus. However, it was also very close to the interstate and we heard traffic pretty much all the time. Thankfully we brought our little ones sound machine. We are accustomed to more space for our family to spread out. No dining area to sit as a family except around a smaller island in the kitchen so for the four of us, it didn’t work. One of the showers did not have any hot water so we had to use upstairs shower. Also with kids sometimes you may want to utilize a bathtub and there was not one. Overall it was not the best for our family but we made it work. The property manager was always responsive. My 7 year old loved the board games provided. The upstairs loft room was very spacious but downstairs was a little tight especially with a two year old and corners. Give it a 3/5!

The portland getaway was cutely decorated in modern decor, clean and close to all the tourist attractions. The playground was great for kids. Would stay again!

Spacious, light and bright apartment

Met up with several high school friends who flew into Portland. Lauren’s place is spacious for three couples to use as a home base in Portland. Very well stocked kitchen and very comfy beds! If we had questions or concerns Lauren responded promptly…

Perfect location

4 of ua friends stayed and used it as a hub toexplore Portland and beyond. It was comfy, clean and as advertised.
