Your feedback was received and already forwarded, and we’d like to clarify that the AC wall timer is located directly next to the unit, though we understand it can sometimes be overlooked. Seating comfort is very individual, and while the metal stools are part of our standard setup, your comments have been documented along with the coffee maker lid note. To help future guests, we added laminated TV instructions under the television with photos of the remotes and included Xumo remote instructions in the blue binder. Late checkout fees are calculated consistently based on the unit’s average nightly rate, regardless of next day occupancy.
