Everything we needed

Location, space, and cleanliness were all amazing. They even had everything you’d need for a baby, such as a crib, high chair, etc! The only thing we were surprised by was the clean up responsibilities. They did not include any responsibilities when we were provided the VRBO information a few days prior to checking in. We didn’t know we needed to clean until the host messaged us at 7:30am the morning we were checking out. It was quite a bit to do and felt surprising since we were planning to head out quickly and had to do it all by 10am. For example, we had to take all the trash to the clubhouse, but weren’t even sure where the clubhouse was on the property (there was no map). I think for the future, it would be helpful to be provided this clean up information in the initial VRBO instructions. Other than that, we had an amazing stay!

Wonderful Weekend

We had a great time! Property was very clean and had amenities. The hosts even left us some baked goods which were much appreciated. One small note is that the double bed on the bottom of the triple bunk doesn’t have much room vertically. Make sure if you have 12 people that you have someone who doesn’t mind small spaces. Thanks Justin and Angela! Will definitely return again the next time we’re in Branson.

Great for Families

Stayed here with 8 people (6 adults, 2 kids) and liked the privacy that bedrooms on three different floors gave us. We stayed in the basement with our two kids in the adjoining kids bunk room and it worked well for our family. Kids were a little disappointed in how small the pools were, but all in all it was a good place to stay near the lake.

Great house!

Loved our stay! Great Lake view and private decks with wonderful comfy outdoor furniture. Our coffee carafe was cracked from previous renter and not reported but Angela immediately took care of it!!

Great Spot for a family gathering

The place was great and has a nice view of table rock. Great hot tub and porch and clean/well decorated. Only negative thing I could say is that the water pressure isn’t the best, although it’s not really an issue.

Perfect for teens!

Totally enjoyed this property! Had a variety of age ranges in children starting with 6 yrs and going up, and this home was the perfect choice! Very clean and stocked with everything you need - just pack your bags and come enjoy. The back deck was a favorite hang out for all. Minutes from all the action and fun, and is a quiet place to relax and chill with lots for the kids to do. Would stay again!

Fantastic stay, we enjoyed every minute!

This is a perfect property for a large family gathering. Beautifully decorated, had all the amenities needed for a wonderful family reunion/vacation. We were a group of 11 golfers a hung in age from 7-70. We all had our own space & could find some privacy, the bottom floor was just wonderful for the kids. We will definitely be back!

There is something extra special about this property. We have enjoyed creating peaceful spaces for you to enjoy as a family as we consider what our own family would want. The sunsets over Table Rock Lake truly are spectacular. One of our favorite things to do here is to enjoy an uninterrupted conversation on the back deck with the twinkle lights and fire pit as we watch the sun go down. We hope you'll enjoy this space as much as we do!

With your very own private hot tub, Xbox for the kids, patio grill, board games, the heated indoor community pool, pickleball and basketball courts, playground area, and outdoor pool, there is surely something for everyone to enjoy!
