Rocky Top Lodge is located at the highest point on Chateau Mountain, making it an ideal vacation spot for reconnecting with friends and spending quality time with family. As you enter the home, you'll instantly feel a luxurious and relaxed vacation vibe. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and additional seating at the counter. The large wooden dining table comfortably accommodates 18 people, making it the perfect place to gather for meals and share laughter. The living area is great for lounging while watching your favorite movie on the TV or enjoying coffee by the fire. The main level decks offer expansive views and plenty of seating options, allowing you to relax and enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the Ozarks!

The house also offers a game room full of arcade options for the kids to enjoy. The best part is the PRIVATE POOL! You and your family can enjoy complete privacy in the 4-foot-deep pool. The private pool is OPEN May 1st - October 1st. The pool is not heated.

We had the best time! Went to the Showboat, Silver Dollar City, The Landing, go cart racing and just spent time with family. The house worked really well for all our needs. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Thanksgiving trip

The house was perfect, we had 17 people with our group. There was so many amenities the kids never got bored. The gaming area was a huge hit. We will definitely be back. The kitchen table was perfect for us to have a family meal and still be able to have conversations. Everyone having their own bathrooms was amazing. Love this property.

Great family getaway

The house was wonderful and we all would stay here again! Perfect lovation, the size of the house was just right for our family! Since it was December we were unable to take advantage of the pool, but the hot tub was a hit. Love this house!

Family Reunion

We had a great time in Branson & the accommodations were great! We really like having our own pool. That was great. The kids loved the Pac Man game. The big table was great & the extra refrigerator was needed with 20 people.

Top notch house and management

This house was amazing. They have everything you need for a large family and friend gathering. Josh made this rental experience amazing by his wonderful communication and speedy response time.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on our trip to Branson. Josh was nice and helpful, the home was beautiful with lots of space and amenities, and the location was great! Everyone throughly enjoyed themselves.

Wonderful Home in a convenient location

Rocky Top Lodge is a brand new vacation home on the top level of the Chateau Mountain neighborhood. We stay in several rental homes each year, and this one was certainly up to our standards. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything you would need for a few nights' stay. There were a couple rolls of TP, hand soap, shampoo, & body wash in each bathroom, several extra trash bags, and a few dish washer pods to get you started. Obviously, if staying for an extended amount of time, you would need to bring/buy additional items. I'm a toilet paper snob, so I appreciated that a previous guest had left a nice, soft roll JUST for me. :) ) The small arcade games were fun when we settled in for the night, and the neighborhood amenities (though a decent walk down/up the 'hood hills) provided lots to do for our group. Josh (the home manager) was super at communication when we had a few minior issues. The few downsides to this home were the very iffy Wi-Fi (would work after re-setting for a few minutes, and then quit again, but you could sit close to the house next door & get a hit from theirs if you found a good spot) and the lack of pickle ball equipment for the neighborhood court. (Fortunately, we brought our own!) The refrigerators do NOT have ice/water dispensers, so if you prefer filtered water, heads up! We bought several cases of bottled water, and just used that. There are 2 refrigerators, so that was super helpful. The entry level master could use some new, larger, blackout curtains, as no matter how much I adjusted, the window was never 100% covered. And there is a street light just outside, so it was pretty bright in our room throughout the night. None of the drawbacks were major (unless you plan to work from the home, then I would certainly verify that the WiFi issue has been resolved), and the home was immaculate. We had a group who thoroughly enjoyed the pool, pickle ball, and basketball courts in the neighborhood! We surprisingly never used the private pool, as the weather was oddly chilly during our Labor Day stay. The location is so convenient to all the back roads - it really didn't take much time to get anywhere-usually 6-10 minutes, max (and The Landing was a little less than 20 minutes away). This was one of our favorite homes in Branson! Definitely recommend!
