Fenced yard was perfect for my dog. Close by to the college, it was family weekend at Fort Lewis. Will definitely stay there again.

Lovely property to spend time in Durango traveling with our dog. The yard is fully fenced and made us feel safe letting her sniff around the space without getting out. The casa was very comfortable and well appointed. It’s in the middle of town, close to just about everything. Will definitely want to stay here again next time we’re in Southwestern Colorado.

Exactly what we needed.

Great location and it had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, fans around the apartment for air flow, great outdoor space. The only thing I could say is that you may hear a little noise from upstairs, if you’re a really light sleeper it might bother you a bit. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great hangout place

Was my second time staying at Timothy's place. Very comfortable place, quite area, perfect yard to have your fur babies. Had a nice visit with my son and his GF.

Good location and plenty of room

This was a great option for myself and 4 other girlfriends to stay. Great location -it was no more than 5-10 minutes to any local spots. Pet friendly and great communication from the owner. My only concern was the one shower for 5 women, but we did make it work overall a great stay !

Great location and nice host

The location of the house was nice for the activities we had planned and the host was very communicative. The host has two dogs, one of which barked quite a bit, but it didn’t really bother us much and they were friendly.

Cute bohemian tree casa

Clean, nicely decorated, and conveniently located. Very safe neighborhood, near many places to walk such as restaurants, convenient stores etc. The casa had many extras such as coffee, spices, toiletries, and towels/bathroom items were stocked up. The outdoor area was beautiful with wisteria, flowers, and a cute walkway. Would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!!

A Hidden Gem

I went with friends for a Girls' Weekend, and we booked Tim's place for our stay. It's tucked away, off of the beaten path, but very close to the downtown Durango area, including the train station (w were there to ride the Blues Train). The property is quiet and safe, and was perfect for our needs. Tim, the owner and host, lives above the property, and made himself to us if we had any questions or concerns, but other than that we never saw or heard him. There's a lovely backyard to sit in and relax, and he has 2 adorable French bulldogs who will come to meet you and introduce themselves. The apartment itself is very cozy and homey, and had everything we needed. The only "negative" I would have, is that there is only 1 full bathroom, so if you have a large group, you might want to keep that in mind. There's a 2nd half-bath/powder room, but only 1 tub/shower. It wasn't a problem for us as we only had 3 people and no real deadlines to be up, ready, and out the door, but with a larger group it would take some coordination. That said, the shower was great! Nice pressure and plenty of hot water! We had a nice stay. Thanks, Tim!

Family reunion/ memorial

I enjoyed my stay at the Bohemian Tree Casa. There was ample space for myself and my daughter and son-in-law plus my dog. The kitchen was well-equipped, bedrooms were clean, smartly decorated, and comfortable and the patio and yard were beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely come stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you to my host who was always responsive and polite.

Pet friendly dogs and cats

It's hard to find a place that will accept cats. Bohemian Tree Casa met my needs accepting cats and allowing smoking outside. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you Tim!

Quiet Setting in Town

The house was situated perfectly for our needs. The house was perfectly situated minutes from fort Lewis College soccer fields. The neighborhood was quiet and the owner was very friendly. If you are looking for a home away from home this is your place.
