Nuestra casa adosada Crimson Cliff de 1.500 pies cuadrados, 2 habitaciones y 2. 5 baños (Unidad 5) está situada cerca del río Animas, a solo 4 millas al norte del centro de Durango y a 25 millas del Durango Mountain Resort (25 minutos). Esta casa ofrece una ubicación ideal con vistas incomparables del valle del río Animas y acceso inmediato a la zona del complejo sin tener que conducir por la ciudad para llegar a senderos, tierras forestales nacionales y el área de esquí.

El Durango Trolley se detiene justo en frente de la casa cada 20 minutos, por lo que es conveniente llegar al centro sin tener que conducir o estacionar.

La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de alta gama que incluyen una parrilla de gas en la cubierta de la cocina y aire acondicionado central para los ocasionales días cálidos de verano.

El complejo Crimson Cliff incluye un parque privado con cancha de vóleibol de arena, juegos infantiles, minigolf de nueve hoyos, un pequeño estanque, pozo de fuego y un sendero de grava alrededor del gran césped.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful home, nicely furnished, with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the location overlooking the tracks for the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. It was such a treat to hear the train whistle and then watch from the balcony as it went by every day, and wave at the passengers.

Wonderful weekend stay

My sisters and I had a great weekend visiting relatives in Durango and this unit met all our needs. Lovely spot, well stocked kitchen, nice large living area, comfortable beds, responsive hosts. We have rented from VRC before and have never been disappointed

Perfect In Every Way!

This was an absolutely lovely property! It had everything we needed and more. It is well appointed, comfy, and teeming with charm. We got there at the beginning of Train Season and were thrilled to see the Durango & Silverton line right outside the patio window. This is the perfect location for your escape!!

Great Townhome!

The property was beautifully furnished, the kitchen was well stocked, location was good, nice views out the back to watch the train go by, and this was the second time we have stayed in this particular unit.

Luxury home away from home
