Luxe living abounds inside and out with a modern interior and an enclosed back yard complete with a private pool and spa, gas fire pit, and a well-appointed outdoor kitchen equipped with an impressive gas grill, two-burner range, and mini-fridge. Located in the scenic Lakewood community, onsite features include playgrounds, pedestrian paths, and two lakes with shared dock access.

Spend your days soaking up the desert sun while staying cool in the sparkling pool. Techies will love the remote control for the pool and spa, controlled over WiFi using a smartphone app. When everyone works up an appetite the grill master can get to work in the outdoor kitchen for a poolside barbecue. When the sun sets, hop in the spa or gather around the fire pit for starlight entertainment.

Inside, relax in comfort with central AC offering cooling respite from the heat. Challenge your guests to a few rounds of foosball in the living room or enjoy a family movie night on the wall-mounted smart TV. A gas fireplace offers cozy ambiance and added warmth for chilly nights. The bright, skylit kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances you'll need for at-home cooking.

All three bedrooms can be found upstairs. The primary bedroom includes a luxurious en suite bathroom and private balcony overlooking the pool area.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool spa water will be the same temperature as the pool. The spa jets operate only, not the heat.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front door and both sides of the house pointing away from the backyard.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 105 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
