Let the seaside serenade you in this beautiful oceanfront home. This exquisitely decorated retreat is perfect for soaking up the natural beauty of Sandbridge Beach. From the two separate living areas, a beautiful deck pool, and a festive tropical bar, your coastal holiday will enchant your family! It's a great house for multiple families, with many bedrooms having private baths. Amenities include a large TV, high-speed WiFi, Ping-Pong, a pool table, and a grill. A Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen is a great way to wake up in the morning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We Return Each Year

The location, the number of bedrooms and baths suit our family perfectly. The furnishings could use some updates, but they are adequate. We have been coming to this property for 15+ years and plan to come back next year.

Fantastic View

The house was more than adequate for a long weekend with family and some friends. The view of the Atlantic from the back deck was breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again.

Great beachfront rental

The location on the beach was superb; the swimming pool super convenient. The kitchen was a little small for the size of the house, but all appliances worked well. If the cleaning had been a bit better it would earn a five start review.

Could be a 5 Star Home!

The appliances were good (2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens in the level 2 kitchen), layout of the bedrooms good, decor OK, adequate hot water for showers and dishwashers, but it needs a very deep cleaning inside and out!!! The pool needed cleaning. It did get very hot in the house when we used the ovens to cook dinner. The staff responded to all our requests in a timely manner. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the ocean view and being right on the beach.

Perfect Getaway

Great stay, some of the things that were a little were, a missing pool ball, broken missing paddles for ping pong. Other than that was nice. Could use a little updating.

Vacation 2023

Plenty of room for everyone and having 3 refrigerators was very convenient! We didn’t have a shower curtain in one bathroom and one shower curtain was very moldy and should have been changed but overall very nice place .

Great value, very accommodating

While there was some cleanliness left to be desired (sand on hard floors, stain (looked like oil/lotion dark spot) on one comforter, ants in the bunk room, sweeper left in stairwell), and a need for extra blankets (we did stay in november, to be fair) it was a small price to pay for how amazingly accommodating the home was in all other ways. The kitchen was a dream, there were only two of the bedrooms without its own bathroom, ample seating, and absolutely perfect views. The price was great for the area. Would definitely stay again.

Sea. Side serenade is a lovely home. However, it is not maintained. Or cared for. We found mole spider webs peeling paint etc everywhere. The pool was not clean.

Lots of room to roam, pools are unheated even tho the listing said heated. We were given a credit back . The hot tub needed to have sanitizer available After a few days of use it naturally became cloudy. Overall we were happy with the experience. Ocean view was magnificent

Beautiful house but disappointed

The house is very outdated for the rental amount (bad paint jobs throughout the house, broken garbage disposal, overall outdated) and ever since Sandbridge Realty was taken over by Vacasa, communication was difficult. There are plenty of other companies that rent on this beach with available staff to help you at better costs.

Dirty and no ping pong table

Mirrors and glass were filthy. Coffee grounds from previous guest still in coffee pot, thick layer of dust on vents, there was no ping pong table (that's false advertising), communication with host was lacking in customer service, we had to clean the place for our event when we got there. I'm pretty sure we left it much cleaner than when we arrived.

Uncleanly

As far as my review goes the house itself was nice and Vacasa as a company was responsive via this text message, but upon arrival the house was not cleaned properly. The rugs were filthy dirty and not washed or at least rung out. The floor was still dirty from previous guests our feet turned black from the dirt. There were condiments spilled in the kitchen cabinets. The range was not scrubbed. There were dirty towels left in the bathrooms. It was unsatisfactory and I expect to be reimbursed for cleaning. There was also a toilet broken for two days. And we had to request a broom and dustpan which seems pretty ridiculous as every home should have this essential item. Overall the lack of cleaning really took away from our family vacation. A lot of my guests complained. It was not worth the money to clean up after your previous guests because the cleaning staff cannot be trusted.

Great place for a family celebration

We were there from 11/10-14 and hosted a small wedding reception on-site as events are allowed. This house was perfect! We had plenty of space to spread out amongst all the bedrooms, we had plenty of parking space, the beach access was terrific, and there were a lot of dishes and silverware for the event. Moon rises over the water for spectacular, and one morning there was a school of dolphins playing in the water straight out from the house! Should you want to have an event at this location, there are 50 dinner sized plates, plenty of silverware, plenty of different sizes of pots, pans, fry pans, to regular coffee pots and a Keurig, and a very nice ninja blender. We left quite a few of the vases in the cupboard in the second floor kitchen area should anyone need to use them. I would recommend that you wait to get regular household things such as dish soap, dishwasher, soap, coffee, and sweeteners as prior tenants left theirs behind, as did we. There is a Harris Teeter about 10 minutes away and there is also a Walmart nearby if you want to do a pickup order or a delivery. By the way, Boardwok has excellent Chinese food if you have a craving for that while there. We are hoping to have a family reunion here again when the weather is warmer. We loved it.

Off season vacation spot

Large and lovely This property afforded our family to gather and celebrate Love. Enough bedrooms and baths for convenience and kitchen on top floor was used extensively. Ample furnishings; kitchen equipment, refrigerators, stove/ovens, seating for large gatherings. Steps up the 3 flights challenged some visitors. So glad we could use this property for our gathering.
