This vacation rental features three en-suite bedrooms, a powder room, a spacious kitchen, a den, and a stunning great room. Step outside to discover a furnished covered entry courtyard, along with a magnificent backyard designed for entertainment around the expansive private pool and hot tub. With comfortable beds, this home can accommodate 6-10 guests comfortably.
Indulge in the beauty of the Fairway View Estate as you enter through the large pergola-covered courtyard, where a delightful family of hummingbirds awaits amidst the vibrant desert plantings. The front entry leads you into the great room, offering a dining table that seats 8 and a conversation area with 4 swiveling armchairs and a state-of-the-art Smart TV. Allow your gaze to be captivated by the backyard oasis through two large picture windows and French doors. The meticulously landscaped lawn seamlessly blends with the stunning double fairway and mountain views. On the right side of the yard, a spacious saltwater pool and spa await, surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and conversation sets under the extended pergola. Close to the kitchen sliding glass doors, a large round dining table awaits, providing seating for 8.
Prepare culinary delights effortlessly in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with brand new Viking Home Chef Appliances, a vented gas grill, exquisite granite countertops, a wine chiller in the bar area, a central island with spectator seating, and a convenient walk-in pantry. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking utensils, silverware, glassware, and place settings.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find the den featuring a 70" Smart TV, surround sound speakers, a cozy gas fireplace, and 6 large picture windows offering breathtaking views of the double fairway and pool activities.
A hallway along the north wing leads you to the powder room, laundry room, and two guest suites. Each guest bedroom offers an en-suite full bathroom, furnished with 1 queen and 1 full-sized bed for optimal comfort. These bedrooms are equipped with large-screen Smart TVs and ample closet space.
The south wing of the home is dominated by the luxurious primary suite. On one side, a serene and versatile space awaits, complete with a comfortable couch for reading and a smart desk for those who need to tend to work matters. On the other side, you'll find a beautifully adorned California king-sized bed and a large Smart TV. The spa-like bathroom occupies half of this wing and features a generous jacuzzi tub for two, an expanded walk-in marble shower, dual vanities, a dedicated make-up vanity, and two spacious walk-in closets/dressing rooms.
Additional amenities of this vacation rental include a dedicated laundry room with a high-capacity washer and dryer, as well as a climate-controlled 2-car garage, solar energy, and a tankless water heater. Perfectly situated within the popular Legacy development and the gates of the Mission Hills Country Club, this home offers an ideal location for your getaway.
Your health and comfort are our top priorities. In light of the global pandemic, Greenday Vacation Rentals has taken the necessary steps to stop the spread of COVID-19, including self-check-in with the help of smart locks and tablet guides; adding disposable face masks, gloves, and disinfecting agents to the long list of amenities included in the rental; following the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing guidelines published by the CDC; ensuring that the home is vacant for at least 24 - 36 hours before a guest checks-in; training our entire team about the importance of and 100% observation of social distancing guidelines. That is to say when the day comes and it's time for you to check out you will feel rested, energized, and healthier than on the day you arrived.
Payment & Cancellation Policy: A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $300.00 cancellation fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.

Gracious and spacious home
Gracious and spacious home with lovely views of the golf course and mountains in the distance. Very spacious primary suite. Easy to hang out by the pool without fear of getting hit by errant golf balls. Guest rooms are small but well appointed. Just wish there was a dining area for 4 in the kitchen.

Fabulous place
This is a wonderful home. The floorplan is awesome and creates a roomy feel. The home is decorated tastefully. The pool and view of the golf course and mountains in the backyard are the icing on the cake. Can't wait to revisit again.
