Incredible Stay

This condo is as nice as advertised, beautifully decorated, and the views couldn’t be better! We loved it and would come back for sure! Right next to the pool, which was a great perk! Quiet property and just a great place to stay!

We love staying at the Ridge Villas in Kapalua, this unit was excellent and exactly as described from photos. The patio views are stunning and the interior was beachy, updated and inviting. We loved having umbrellas and chairs provided.Perfect spot for couple

Perfect location

The views were stunning and the villa was perfect. The villa itself was well equipped with everything you needed including umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, extensive dinnerware for 10-12 people.

Great Little Place

Amazing Place. Would 100% stay here again. Nice clean condo. Close to beach. (Walking distance). Nice clean pool just next door to this unit. Great communication with Host.

Very nice stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here, but a few minor tweaks could have made a significant difference. The floor plan and decor is perfect and we felt very comfortable during our stay here. It's a moderate distance from the beach, and there's a walkway to use as a shortcut to the beach/grounds. The villa is a very short walk from one of the community pools, which was very convenient, having a grill at the pool is an added convenience that we always enjoy while staying at Kapalua. The view from balconies is gorgeous! However, the villa was not very clean; there was makeup handprints on the doors (3) in master bathroom, the front of one of the kitchen cabinets had chunks of "gunk" on it, and the window screen in the bathroom window was filthy. While we understand that consumable items are not included, there was absolutely nothing consumable in this villa-not even salt & pepper or tea/coffee grounds/k-cups. This was our 6th stay at one of the villas at Kapalua, and our 1st stay at this villa. Every other villa that we stayed at had a small supply of tea/coffee, basic spices, and a few small pantry item (sleeve of saltines, or a snack/breakfast bar). In the master suite, the carpet that ends at the balcony isn't secured so I tripped over it a few times when walking from the balcony into the master bedroom. At least it wasn't the other way around. Like I said, a few tweaks to this villa could make a significant difference. Overall, I still rate this highly, since the cleaning quality isn't a reflection of the owner or necessarily that of management.
