Perfect size, lovely fenced back yard, very peaceful and clean. The bed are very comfortable. Haven't slept that well in weeks. We will be back. The host was wonderful and so quick to respond when needed.

Our favorite place we have ever stayed in St. Simons. Wonderful, comfortable with incredible sunlit rooms. Wonderful location. One mile to Saint Simon’s beautiful beaches. Easy walk to Southern Soul BBQ and the Winn Dixie plaza. This is our go to spot to stay when we are headed to Saint Simon’s. Great and easy communications with the owner Sharon. This is our second stay at this particular residence, we love how close the home is to the beach, grocery store, and downtown. We always rent a golf cart and never use our car one time! Sharon is a very attentive and helpful host as well. If something comes up she is right on it. Our dog can go in the back yard and not worry about him getting in the road while we grill or just chilling at the house. We always cook and grill during our stay. Plenty of room in this home too.

Yes kitchen as fully equipped although a Kueric coffe machine would have been nice since I drying decaf and my wife drink strong coffee.The property had a fully fenced back area so pets could explore without a leash.

We stayed at Sharon’s place for the month of February and had a great time. The location is perfect for getting around the island and is in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. East beach is a short drive away and we went every day, sometimes twice. We had one major issue at the house that was resolved very quickly. No complaints and highly recommend !!

Best stay ever! House was large, clean, and well stocked. Location was unbeatable, in the center of everything, yet on a quiet street. TV had all the networks like HULU, Netflix, etc., beds were so comfortable and there was enough seating. The back yard was also perfect. The host was so nice, we would love to come back A all the way.

Very pet friendly, cute blankets to put out on the couch and bed for pets to lay on. Kitchen had the basics, enough to cook with. The location was great, close to the beach and downtown.
