This property was almost perfect. Location was perfect. It sits in a beautiful valley halfway between the ski hill and Durango, about 15 minutes to each. It is spacious and comfortable. Very modern and well equipped. We were four adults and two kids and everyone was comfortable. The only negative aspect of the experience was that we would occasionally run across something that was not well cleaned or should have been a long time ago discarded. For example we had to wash the dish towels which we not very well laundered and were close to rags. There were also a few dead plants in the house, a lot of old food, and some of the owners things around in drawers and in the garage. But let me be clear this was not the general case, most things were clean, well maintained and of good quality. If they just did a run through and got rid of these few things and replaced them the place would be perfect. The beds are comfortable, great showers, and the overall space and living areas are very nice. Don't let the little things stop you from renting this place. I would recommend it without hesitation.
