Our vacation home is a family-friendly, fully equipped 3+2 Graeagle part-time rental within walking distance to town/Mill Pond & Graeagle Meadows Golf Course.

Comfortable, newly furnished, older home on corner lot & surrounded by a full acre of vacant land. Enjoy privacy & all creature comforts - Wifi, new carpets/flooring throughout; new & very comfortable master CalKing adjustable bed w/ pillow top, air-bed sleeper couch, lounge chairs, swivel barrel chairs & wood-burning wood stove + widescreen Smart Roku TVs + guest access to streaming apps/Wifi. Renovated guest bathroom. Air conditioned (evaporated cooler) for the hot summer months!

Living/dining/eat up kitchen all open floor plan. Separate laundry room with desk and utility sink. Over-sized master suite w/ shower/soaking tub & dressing table in en suite bathroom.

Large back deck with comfy seating and beautiful woods-view. Enjoy the large, new Weber gas grill (2025)... Well-suited for families and/or small groups to 'get away' and enjoy quiet beauty, tranquility & recreation.

The scenic Sierra Buttes & Lakes Basin are 2 miles away for fishing, floating, hiking, biking & exploring. Johnsville is 5 miles up the road for recreation opportunities.

Graeagle Getaway

Everything about Kelly's home was exactly as described. An older home with all the comforts you could hope to experience. Home was thoroughly clean and fully equipped. Obviously a family residence filled with love and caring which was clearly felt and which greatly enhanced the visit. I'd be excited to recommend this to anyone (after a careful screening). Kelly deserves nothing less than appreciative guests... Lovely visit !

If I had known you needed additional subscription services, I would have been happy to accommodate your request. (Our Roku subscription TV allows you to access any subscription via Roku Guest. The house is already equipped with dozens of the most requested ones, including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Livestream, etc.) If you choose to return, I will make sure youre all set!

A great place to stay

We thought it was a great place for the price. Comfortable fit for 6 adults and 1 kid. We loved how quiet, peaceful, and friendly the neighborhood was. Also that it is within walking distance to the Graeagle shops. The home is older, but we expected that based on the description and photos. The back deck was an amazing space to relax. We appreciated having chairs already out there. We didn’t end up using the grill, but liked that it was available. The owner is very kind and quick to respond to messages. We definitely would stay here again!

This is an older home. Inside was very clean but could use a little updating. Front and back deck are worn out ( dry rot and over painted). Neighborhood, lot and location are great. It was just my brother and I fishing and hiking so it worked well for us. I own vacation rental property and am a RE broker so I'm probably a bit critical.

Hey Brad - I appreciate your staying and providing my first VRBO review. (9 years of history available at same property name via Trp Advr). Our home is definitely older and we are proud to keep it consistently maintained & updated in order to show off Plumas Cty & all it has to offer with those who wish to share our comfy home and enjoy the area. Carpenters are tough to come by in this rural community & we have scheduled deck updates for 2023. We only rent a few months of the year & usually to returning guests. We are priced according to both the age of the home & all it has to offer - comfort, quality and privacy in our little corner of Graeagle. We have owned the home for over 20 years and frequented Graeagle for three generations.

Our home is a .09 mile walk to the Mill Pond (or golf/town) and this community of 750 is quiet year-around. You can hike dozens of nearby trailheads to streams, waterfalls, lakes & some of CA most idyllic venues - starting right in our neighborhood!
Wildlife abounds & the town is very friendly.

Our home has it all - just bring your groceries & family/friends - you'll be all set for a relaxing vacay. We have linens, fully stocked kitchen/coffee (Keurig and Mr. Coffee appliances) plus a glorious and private deck to wash away the stress over morning coffee and evening wine. Our house is older with new & nice furnishings - it provides lots of space, comfort & privacy. Our guests consistently return & tell us how much they love our home over a more modern choice. Come enjoy our quiet "cabin" in the woods!
