You will have two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. The bedrooms have a 48" smart TV with Prime Video access, a huge walk in closet and personal refrigerator. The bathroom in the first bedroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The bathroom in the second bedroom is equipped with a shower/tub. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided as well as a hair dryer and straightener. In the main area you will find the fully fitted gourmet kitchen, a dining table for up to 6, a living room with an 82" TV, a courtyard with the grill as well as the highlight of the house, the 1,000 sf rooftop sun deck with comfortable sitting areas, sunbeds, tables and sunshade. From the living room you will have access to a covered patio which includes an additional dining table. The private elevator has access to all floors. If you are not only relaxing but also planning on working, you will find many places in the house, where you can work with a view. We provide plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys to make your days at the beach full of fun and comfortable. For evenings in the house we provide card games as well as a dartboard and a ping pong table. Parking is also available for up to two cars. Caddy's On The Beach, Ka'Tiki, many restaurants and a 7-11 are only a two minutes walk away.

The house has a complex security system, including 4 security cameras that monitor all outside doors.
