Relax with your family at this peaceful 3-bedroom house. There are 4 beds (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin) allowing enough space for everyones personal comfort. Our back patio provides all of the amenities needed to sit back and enjoy yourself — beautiful heated pool (fall & spring) w/floaters, games, propane gas grill, bar, and comfortable patio dining set. Also, there are multiple beaches only 15 min away! This family oriented environment will make you feel right at home. No Parties nor Trailers are permitted in this area.

Wonderful place to stay

What a beautiful house this is. We couldn’t have asked for more whilst visiting family in Florida. The house had everything we needed, lovely location in a quiet street, close to amenities, and beaches. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Camille.

Area is great. Quiet pool area. House needs some updates and TLC We had some issues with the heated pool but all in all a great stay. I will go back.

Nice house, nice area

A very pleasant surprise, very clean and spacious, anything you need is there, pool is terrific. The beds are new and very comfortable looks like the TV’s are as well, this was a great place.

A GREAT STAY

The property was great, Camille was terrific, the pool was wonderful, The only problem is that time went by too fast. My Grandchildren stopped by for a couple days they were totally entertained with the pool and local playgrounds. Great restaurants within a couple of miles Thanks for a great vacation Mike and Lynn Kolch

Excellent Host and property

Great communication with the host from start to finish !!! The home was very beautiful in a great neighborhood and less then 10 mins from anything you would want or need!!! We will definitely rent again!!!

Good location

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping, golf and beaches. The owner was very responsive to a problem we experienced with the refrigerator. The pool area has no shade or lounge chairs, but is spacious and the pool itself is nice.

Highly Recommend

We had messaged about seeing if it was ok to check in an hour early since we had arrived early but did not hear anything back the whole time. The house was in perfect condition, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was very clean. The house was close to shopping and dining. We had a very nice trip and would definitely book again

Basic house and pool

Basic house and pool. Unlike other rentals where you feel you are living in a house this feels like you are in just a personal hotel with very basic amenities. Had to report on arrival a broken screen on the ground, broken ice maker and several bulbs are out. But for the price I paid, it seems reasonable.

Not a great experience there were quite a few issues three out of four lightbulbs in ceiling fan in master bedroom out coffee pot too small stove top dirty stove light out ironing board didn’t work sofa needs replacing covers never stayed on the pool had green algae all over we mentioned it to the owners the bed mattress had a stain and no mattress pad cover the bed rod underneath was broken and we called the owner and they never came to fix it we were there for many nights after that

We rented this house from January 20 to February 14th, 2023. Unfortunately, compared to other homes we have rented previously this one did not live up to our expectations. Overall the house and pool were nice but not well equipped when it came to such items as linens, towels etc. They were all old and well used. The items in the kitchen were not clean. Everything was just thrown into cupboards and linen closets. The pool toys in the container were all moldy and unuseable. We bought our own. If you want to get tv networks such as ABC, NBC etc., forget it. Streaming is all there is. The furniture was comfortable and the pool was nice but when you look deeper into things it just didn't live up to our expectations.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und angenehmen Umgebung. Restaurants, Einkaufszentren, Strand sind gut und recht schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Die Gegend ist sehr grün mit vielen kleinen Seen.Das Haus benötigt allerdings eine kleine Aufhübschung. In der Garage fanden sich noch alte (defekte) Möbel und anderer Müll. Der Pool wurde erst auf energisches Nachfragen gesäubert. Auch sonst gab es ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten. Was allerdings geklappt hat, aber auch erst nach Drängen, war die Neulieferung von 4 Pool-Liegen (die vorhandenen waren dermaßen beschädigt), und die Reparatur der Couch im Wohnzimmer.Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck könnte besser sein. Die elektrischen Geräte waren leicht zu bedienen. Hervorzuheben sind dabei Waschmaschine und Trockner, die eine schnelle und sehr gute Reinigung lieferten.
