One bedroom, the bed sank bad to the middle, could not sleep in it. This was rented as a 4 BR, only 3 there.

Great location

We were there for a family event and this house suited our needs. It was during hurricane Helene so there was a bit of spider activity and leaves everywhere however the host reached out to clean it up while we were there. I thought this house was great for the price and the location! Will visit again!

Enjoyed our stay

Was just what we needed, something large enough for all of us to stay together without tripping over each other! Lots of room. Only critique- would be nice to have a lamp in the livingroom for reading.

very clean inside

The location was good for us & the inside was very clean. The bedroom in the first picture of the listing had a note on the door saying it's available only by special request. So we did not enter or see that bedroom.

Sorry for the confusion . you can choose any three bedroom. There is a fourth bedroom only available on request if the listing described as three bedrooms. We might list it as four bedrooms in future .

Great Stay for Walnut Creek Amphitheater

Our family had a lovely experience staying in this home overnight to attend a concert at Coastal Credit Union Music Park. The drive to and from the venue was easy and we missed most of the concert traffic due to the house location. The space worked great for the six of us plus our dog. Our host was helpful and kind and her responses to contacts were very quick!! The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. We ordered food in for delivery and that worked well. Our son was completing online assignments for college and the fast internet was a plus! Thanks for making our stay so easy and happy!

Disappointed

We chose this property because it's listed as a Premier Host. Communication was great, quick, and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The area was beautiful. But, the property was not clean. There were 3 wash cloths and 5 bath towels for 8 people. Wallpaper was peeling, bathroom smelled musty, toothpaste on bathroom mirror & backsplash, bathroom counter peeling, bathroom outlet did not work, walls were dirty, furniture was very worn, screen was torn in the screen door to the deck, deck was not able to be used because it was so dirty, piece of the flooring was detached, yard/landscaping overgrown. Not at all what we expected since we trusted the reviews and since the property is listed as a Premier Host.

Hi, Laurie . thank so much for the feedback. we went to fix all these issues and find leaking under master bathroom and fixed it , it could have cause more damage without your feedbacks. touched and cleaned the wall, repaired the floor, and GFCI outlet in master bathroom tripped and only need to reset to get power back . the second bather room vanity counter toper will be replace with granite this week. did deck cleaning, ordered another night stand. We did grass killer for the wooded front yard a week ago and find some was still grow yesterday and sprayed more weed and grass killer . there are more towels and wash cloth in cabinet by the way, Thank you for your feedback. We are more than appreciated it.

Enjoyable stay

This home is a little dated but overall in good condition. Amanda was a gracious host. The home was the perfect size for our group of eight. I would recommend it if you are planning on staying in the area.

Great place!

Overall this was a great place to say. About 25 mins from Walnut Creek amphitheater and downtown Raleigh. House was a little dated but other than that everything was great.

Good Value

We stayed at Amanda's place based on proximity to the Koka Booth Ampitheatre where we went for a concert with our family. This STR has 4 queen beds that were very comfortable. I like quality linens and these all had cotton sheets and nice mattresses. This listing is nothing fancy and the house could use updating, but the price point and location made this a good value for our purposes. The neighborhood is quiet. Amanda is good at communicating whenever we had a question.
