When you are not dining at one of the city's fine restaurants, prepare delicious meals at home in the fully remodeled equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances. You may also choose to dine al fresco in the lovely backyard area, where you'll find a gas grill and comfortable outdoor furniture, beautiful pool/spa option to heat. This place is perfect for families, friends and business trips.


To heat the Pool, it's an additional fee at *$70 a day for the heater is on the entirety of your stay, so you must pay the total number of days booked. Please confirm 48 hours prior to your arrival if you need the pool heated, so we can make arrangements for someone to turn on the day of your arrival. Please no last-minute requests. Also please keep in mind depending.

There are no jets to the spa.

Important the pool is not suitable for unsupervised children, there is no lifeguard on duty. There are pool alarms on the patio door and bedroom windows facing the pool, which can be turned off and on. By accepting this booking this is a liability waiver of accepting full responsibility.

There are alarms on the doors and windows for safety. Cameras are located outside the property only, we do not invade anyones privacy.

Pool cleanings is not available on weekends, so if you check in on these days, the pool will be serviced until the next cleaning day. Monday and Friday are the regular cleaning days, no exceptions also there is no scheduled times. Also, if there is a storm or high winds when you check in during your stay, please notify us and we will try our best to get pool service out the next business day, depending on their schedule. Our apologies in advance, the weather is unpredictable in Las Vegas.

Here the pet rules:
1. They can not be left at the property unattended being that it's a service animal, the pet must leave with you each time.
2. Any damages to interior and exterior there is a damage fee.
3. Any dog poop left outside or urine inside there is additional cleaning fee.
4. Pet can not be on the furniture, no pet hair.
5. Pets can not be in the pool
6. Max 2 dogs only no cats, must be included on reservation.

Owner is available to tend to any needs.
