Beautifully furnished 2BD/2BA w/ hot tub in AWESOME location on the west side.

Spa-like, beautifully furnished getaway retreat, 2 bd/2ba, on the west side (River West neighborhood, behind Powder House).....walking and biking distance to all our great eateries & brew spots along Century Drive, Galvenston, and Newport Ave. Totally remodeled and completely refurnished in 2020! Small home with big fenced backyard and hot tub that looks up to giant Ponderosa Pines! Rent bikes a few blocks down the street at Pine Mountain Sports.

5 people max, plus 1 dog with non-refundable pet rent/fee. NOTE: ONSITE PARTIES, GROUP EVENTS & ADDITIONAL GUESTS BEYOND MAX CAPACITY STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

The combined living room and kitchen is where you will converge-- a wood stove keeps you cozy while you cook homemade dinners in the well-appointed kitchen. Furnished with All Clad Cookware, Henkels knives, and brand new, top of the line appliances.....you will debate whether you walk down to the many great eateries nearby, or whether you should cook at home!

In the living room, the super-comfortable couch converts into a Queen Plus sleeper (American Leather brand sofa-sleeper: voted the best sofa sleeper in America), and there is extra room for hanging out and storage in a finished garage. Take your Zoom calls in this 3rd "room" on an electric stand-up desk, play ping pong, or send the kids outside to watch Apple TV! Lots of artwork by local artists adorn the walls.

Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, closet and newly refurbished bathroom (shower/tub/vanity).

Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, closet, and adjoining bathroom with sink/tub/shower combo.

Beds are brand new and top of the line! Organic sheets, duvets, and soft towels. All natural cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. We are green! There is an adjoining laundry room with washer/dryer and a pantry closet and a hall closet, in addition to the extra space for storage in the 1-car garage.

Most of all, this spa-like sanctuary boasts a great, fenced backyard for dogs/kids....with towering Ponderosa Pines, a hot tub, and walking distance to pretty much everywhere!

Our expectations were exceeded at every turn! The house represents the definition of the word "cozy". It's very well decorated in high-end ski cabin decor. The kitchen is super-well equipped. The outdoor deck (when it was warm enough) was perfect for an afternoon happy hour and the hot tub was perfect. The owner was incredibly responsive. Highly recommend staying here!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage in Bend. It was cozy and quaint but had been updated nicely with modern fixtures and appliances. We also loved the large, fenced in back yard for our dog to frolic!It is a great rental with a well-stocked kitchen and a nice great room area to share an evening with friends or relatives in the area. We enjoyed hosting our local Bend family for Christmas dinner and the space was perfect! The location of the house is also ideal, it is 5-10 minutes to everywhere you want to go in Bend. Lastly, check-in and out was simple and easy.This is now on our short list of places to rent when we travel to Bend. Thank you, Steve

a very good choice for a stay in Bend

The location was great and all communication around the stay was easy and all information comprehensive and accurate. The house was very well equipped. We would stay in the house again and would recommend it to others who need a nice warm house in a great spot

Couldn’t have been better!

This place was wonderful! Everything about it was great! We loved being tucked away in a nice neighborhood. It is a very comfortable and homey place to stay. The hosts were so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for Bachelor skiing and Bend fun!

The house was very clean, and cozy. It was also very easy to walk/bike to downtown and get on Century drive to head up to the mountain. Kristin was great to work with and quickly solved any problems we had. Wonderful!

This home is meticulously designed to consider anything you might need or want! It is cozy and adorable. It has a great fenced in back yard. Unfortunately, due to the growth of Bend, there is alot of construction noise near by. The street is also busy due to being walking distance to many popular spots. If you want cute, well designed, and convenient to town then this is the spot! This wasn’t the peaceful nature escape I was hoping but I still enjoyed the stay. You can have peaceful moments in the evenings and early mornings here.

Such a great stay!

We loved staying at this home for a month while we were in Bend. The hosts are wonderful and responsive and the house is exceptionally well maintained. We appreciated that the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Our pup loved the fenced yard and having the hot tub was a nice bonus. We also thought the beds were super comfortable and the fire place is cozy. The neighborhood is super cute and centrally located. The host also left a lovely unexpected welcome gift. We would stay again - 10/10.

Great stay

We had great experience staying over the New Year. House is super clean, very tastefully decorated and cozy. Everything has its place and is easy to find. Beds are very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood full of mature ponderosa pines, not far from the river. Owner is a pleasure to interact with. Thank you so much!

Best little spot in Bend!

We were so pleased with our stay at this sweet little property in River West! We loved how kind the host was and how clean and organized the house was, not to mention proximity to downtown and everything you could possibly need! There were detailed instructions, great information on local favorites and easy access to everything we needed for our short stay! Our family loved the hot tub and gated backyard for our furry family member. We would 100% stay here again! Thank you for the best hospitality!

Perfect stay in Bend

Every once in a while, you come across a VRBO that you don’t want to write a review of, because you don't want word to get out; this is one of them. It is clear that the owner put a lot of thought into furnishing and decorating the house to make it functional and beautiful. It was also spotlessly clean, which is important to me. The location is perfect for access to everything in Bend, as well as outdoor activities. The neighborhood was quiet (I loved the quiet evening soaks in the hot tub under the trees), and the beds are so comfortable; I slept so well! I especially appreciate that communication with Kirstin was easy and she was quick to respond to my questions. Can’t wait to return!

Mid-Winter Break Ski Trip

This property was everything pictured and more! We arrived with the sweetest Welcome gift and the house spotless. We were incredibly impressed with the overall coziness and vibe of the space. One of the standouts was how incredibly stocked the kitchen was. It had every gadget you could imagine. Kristin thought of everything when it comes to this property. Everything that makes for an amazingly comfortable and fun stay for all ages. The kids adored the hot tub and ping pong table, and our Goldendoodle couldn't get enough of being able to roam freely in the backyard and watch the squirrels. Everything in Bend was only a 5-15 min drive and only 30 min from Mt. Bachelor. There was a ski rental shop literally right down the street and Safeway and Starbucks just passed that -- couldn't have asked for a better location. Thank you, Kristin, for your amazing communication and friendliness as we got settled and as we departed. We can't wait until the next time we visit Bend, and hope your property is available for our stay!

Even better than advertised!

Great location located in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was well stocked, spotless, and lived bigger than it was (the kids loved playing ping pong and watching YouTube in the garage). Located just minutes from restaurants, tap rooms, a grocery store, downtown and Old Mill, it had something for our entire family. The communication was friendly and top notch. You'd be hard pressed to find a better experience.

I'm a former marketing professional and grew up coming to Central Oregon since I was just a year old. My grandparents bought one of the very first homes in Black Butte Ranch in 1972 and I fell in love with Bend and the Cascades, and Mt. Bachelor at a very early age! Now we live in Corvallis, and Pine Knoll is our second home. We spend most of ski season here and love all that this area has to offer.

My husband, son and I stayed in this property one of the MANY times we rented VRBO's in Bend. We fell in love with it--perfect for all of us, and our dogs. Years later, we found it for sale and jumped at the chance. We love soaking in the hot tub and looking up into the huge Ponderosa trees....we also love the "local neighborhood feel" that is just a few blocks up from bustling Century Drive. We have always favored the west side of Bend and the neighborhoods here, and love how quickly we can get up to Mt. Bachelor from Pine Knoll and Century drive, or how quickly we can bike to see music at Les Schwab Amphitheater--all in the same day!
