The Space:

This recently updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The first bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed, queen Murphy bed, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a king bed, private balcony, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. The open living area centers around a gas fireplace and plush seating, with a smart TV for streaming. The full kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and everything you need to cook meals at home. Dine at the 6-person table or grab a quick bite at the counter bar. In winter, use the ski rack and boot dryer to prep your gear for another day on the slopes. In summer, the expansive deck becomes your outdoor living room, with a gas grill for barbecues, plenty of seating for al fresco dining, and a bubbling hot tub where you can soak under the stars. The condo includes washer and dryer, free WiFi, and parking for 2 vehicles. Guests also have access to the community playground.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. The condo offers 2 dedicated parking spaces in the lot. AWD or 4WD vehicle required during winter months due to snow and ice conditions. The property is located within the gated Broken Top Club community on the west side of Bend.

The property sits just off Century Drive, providing quick access to Highway 97 for trips to Smith Rock (25 miles north), Sunriver (15 miles south), and the Newberry National Volcanic Monument. Redmond Municipal Airport is 20 miles north, approximately a 25-minute drive. The Deschutes River Trail access points are within 2 miles for walking and biking.
