Do not remove the floating device out of the hot tub. Do not add any chemicals to hot tub. If there is any issues, please contact the host immediately.

This house was perfectly cozy for a girls getaway! Great firepit area and hot tub. Spacious kitchen and lots of room to sit and chat all throughout the house. It’s in a great location and very clean!

Melissa’s place was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better, close to plenty of great restaurants and bars. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was super easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again next time we’re in town. Thanks, Melissa!

Loved our weekend in Louisville at this nulu house. It was clean and well maintained, and the location was great. Our group was fine to walk to and from downtown and the spots in nulu, but it is about a mile from some of the spots on Main st. Melissa was incredibly responsive and helpful when we asked for local recommendations. Check in was a breeze, and we’d definitely go back next time we’re in the area.

Great place in a great location

Three friends and I came to watch a soccer match for a fun birthday party road trip. The house was a perfect place to relax and hang out (hot tub!) as well as our home base for exploring a fun and exciting neighborhood.

Great Stay

Quiet neighborhood but in a good location to go and do many things. Only a very short walk away from two breweries which was a plus for us. The house was ultra clean and as described. Would definitely stay again when coming back to the area. Thanks!

Great communication from owner, well-stocked with the supplies you need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to the Market Street restaurants and shops. We also cooked meals onsite and had everything we needed.

Fabulous stay - stylish, comfy and great location

Bedding and furniture was stylish and comfortable. The backyard was a dream with a hot tub, fire pit and seating areas. The kitchen was a dream - wished we were there longer to cook. Great location in NULU, walkable to restaurants and bars.

This place was excellent for being close to downtown Louisville. We did tons of distillery tours with tastings and Lyft back to the house to soak in the hot tub. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for 8 friends for the weekend. We mostly hung out at the house or on 4th street Live entertainment district which was only a short uber away. Melissa was a great host who was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time in Louisville.

Enjoyable down time

The house was beautiful and we loved having the hot tub. The house had everything we needed and the owner was always in touch with us making sure we were doing ok. The neighborhood was not quite what we expected but neighbors were friendly. It was definitely an enjoyable stay.

Overall, this was an excellent spot for our crew together for a bachelor party. The host was very helpful with recommendations regarding the local area, and she was upfront and honest about expectations and responsibilities for guests staying here. We really appreciated the open communication!
