Step inside this fully furnished home to be greeted by a large foyer with a high ceiling. A formal dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with a serene breakfast nook can be seen towards the front of the home.

Only 2.5 miles to Disney, and close to Universal Studios! Enjoy the convenience of a short commute to the major theme park attractions during your stay!
Heated Pool/SPA

Step out of the spacious family room onto the private lanai to enjoy the sun or cool off in the south-facing, screened-in pool! The Pool and SPA can be heated upon request!
Game Room

Take some time off in our fabulous Game Room. Our newly renovated Game Room has a Pool table table, improved flooring and walls, Marvel theming, 80" TV, Air Conditioning, comfortable seating, and a standing Arcade game with over 17,000 Games (No exaggeration!). Themed Bedrooms

Double Master Bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor and have direct access to the private lanai with pool and spa. A third bedroom is located at the front of the home, with two additional bedrooms upstairs. Every bedroom in the home features new flooring, an ensuite bathroom and smart TV.

Great house, perfect size for 2 families. Pool and hot tub were great, and the game room was a big hit with our teenage boys! Had everything we needed, and hosts were great and communicating and graciously accomodated our travel plans. Would definitely recommend!!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay here! It was very spacious and the pool was wonderful. The owner was very responsive to all questions and needs, which were minimal. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home and Host!

We have been doing VRBO stays for many years and this is one of the best experiences we have ever had. The communication with the host throughout was excellent and the home is amazing! This home is in excellent condition. It is one of the cleanest and best appointed homes we have ever stayed in. We never had to make a call for service or support. All of the home systems are in great shape. The HVAC works well…able to get down to 70 even though daytime temps were in the mid-90s. The furniture and beds are in great shape. We give this stay 6 stars!

Brilliant villa stay in a brilliant location!

The property itself is great, spacious and with plenty to do in the villa a-side from the all the theme parks and attractions. The games room in the garage is really good and has AC too. The bedroom themes are top notch and my daughter loved the princess themed room as well as having her own en-suite bathroom, which every bedroom also comes with which is really good. The location is fantastic, close to the highway which has lots of restaurants and shops and of course only 15 minutes to most of the Disney parks! We couldn’t fault anything with this place and will definitely look at rebooking for the future.

Fantastic Holiday VIlla

Stepping into the villa really was a home form home. Everything you could possibly need is there and you can just focus enjoying your holiday. The villa is well placed for access to the Disney parks just a short drive away. Pool and games room were fantastic keeping the kids entertained.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay in a fantastic villa. The house was great for our Disney vacation. Nice, clean, everything working perfectly. We stayed during hurricane Milton. Tara and Mike were very concerned about our safety and did their very best to support us. Thanks again. I‘m sure we will visit again!

Wonderful stay - everything we needed and more!

We had a wonderful two weeks at the Sunshine Tree Villa. The location is perfect for Disney parks with a huge Walmart close by and lots of places to eat a short drive away. We only used the communal pool twice but the kids had a blast on the slides. The Villa itself was spotless and superbly equipped. We used the games room every day and pool most days. The aircon was great which is a must in the August heat. Tara and Mike were quick to answer a couple of questions that I had. We will be back.

Lovely Home.

Mike and Tara are so helpful and the place is so homely. Everything was already in the villa from trash bags to washing up tabs. Beds are very comfortable. The pool and the spa heating was lovely and was great after the long days in the park. Best part of the house was the games room, we had so much fun even in the evenings. Mike and Tara are so quick to reply and help if there are any issues. We would definitely stay here again, 5 STAR service.

Great vacation

Tara and Mike’s house was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub every day, especially after getting back from a long day out enjoying the attractions. The pool area has just the right mix of sun and shade. The games room is also great for pool and video games, especially the arcade game they have. Tara and Mike made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and were very quick to respond to any of our messages. Thanks for a great week!

Fantastic

Mike and Tara are so helpful they accommodated us all and made the place so homely. Everything was already in the villa from trash bags to washing up tabs. Absolutely would choose this again!

The villa was stocked with virtually everything helpful that we could think of, from hangers to laundry baskets, pool towels to kitchen appliances. We appreciated the excellent book of information about the villa that was available on the table. We were amazed at how the hosts have thought of everything that could be needed. My husband and I were always too wiped out from the theme parks to play in this spectacular game room, but our teen girls spent most of their free time in there. On a scale of 1 to 10, they give it a wholehearted 11, without a doubt! We loved the villa, the decor, and the very close proximity to Disney World. It rarely took longer than 15 minutes to get from the house to the parks. If we have the opportunity to visit the area again in the future, we will absolutely stay at this villa again. It was truly our home away from home, and our hosts were superlative in every way. Thank you!

Everything we hoped for…… and more

Just back from a wonderful 3 weeks at sunshine tree villa. Windsor hills is easy to find and well located to visit everything Florida has to offer. The resort was very well maintained, my daughters and I enjoyed a couple of games of tennis and regular visits to the water park. The Villa is lovely, nicely themed bedrooms and really spacious throughout. The games room was great and needed its own separate holiday to masters all the activities available. We cannot wait to get back!

Wonderful home, perfect accommodations!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The home was bigger than we needed for our family of five and accommodated us perfectly. The resort is wonderful and in a great location to Disney and all the fun things Orlando offers. Tara and Mike checked in on us throughout the week and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and the gameroom was an added bonus. The whole family had fun in there on our down time. The pool and spa were both heated and provided such a nice, relaxing atmosphere. We will stay at this home every time we travel to the area. We couldn’t have been happier! Thanks again, Tara and Mike, for accommodating our requests and offering your beautiful home! We had the best week!

FANTASTIC VACATION

We were “wowed” from start to finish! Tara communicated promptly from the moment we booked our stay. I had a date change, and added dates. All of these changes happened quickly and without issue. Upon arrival, we found the home to be clean, beautiful and incredibly decorated and appointed. Our stay was nothing short of fabulous, my kids never wanted to leave! We felt right at home while we spent 6 days in the Disney/Universal parks. Disney is Super close and Universal is only 30 minutes away. We would absolutely recommend and stay here again!! Thank you Tara for a wonderful family vacation spot. We thoroughly enjoyed
