Outstanding

The best rental property we’ve stayed in in the USA. The location is exceptional: an easy drive from all the Parks very close to the family restaurants in Kissimmee and with a beautiful view of a water hole from the pool which is not overlooked. The property was spotlessly clean and there were lots of useful groceries left in the pantry and a very generous welcome pack. We were a party of six, grandparents, parents and a six and a a two year old. We could not recommend the house more warmly.

Florida family vacation

Lovely spacious property. Immaculately clean on arrival. Comfy beds and sofa with lots of amenities. Around 15-30 mins drive to parks. Some minor maintenance needed to property. Otherwise ideal for our family vacation.

You'll love it here!

We definitely recommend this beautiful home for your stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable with your own gorgeous private pool which is amazing! Loved seeing the turtles in the back pond. Communication was great and the owners provided all the information we could need. We would absolutely stay here if in Florida again.

Awesome house for Florida vacation!

We loved this property for our week and a half Florida vacation. Central to both Universal and Disney, it was located in a convenient location. The pool was amazing and the backyard offered privacy in a crowded location. It was like an oasis. I would recommend bringing toliet paper and paper towels as there was not enough. But all other amenities were amply provided. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect house in great neighborhood with superb pool

House was super clean, well equipped and spacious with not having far away to any location we planned to visit - including to the airport. Traffic around was not bad at all. The hit #1 was the pool. Our pool was heated, so we were able to use it even in lower outside temperature. How convenient! We even utilize the game room in garage. We really don't have anything to suggest, we can only praise the whole booking and staying process. Thank you for having us. We were very pleased.

Nice home and neighborhood

The home and location is really nice. There were a few small things like cracks in the tile and loose door knobs but those things are minor and easy fixes that didn’t hinder our stay at all. Communication with host was good as well. Provided basic necessities but if you’re staying for longer than a few days bring extra or ask for more they may provide extra. Over all amazing stay and very spacious home in a friendly area. Lots of stores near by as well

Absolutely Perfect!

First thing, pictures do not do this place justice! The house is beautiful, clean, located close to just about anything you could need and there is so much room. We had the best time staying at the house, took us no time at all to get to Disney from our condo. The condo was stocked pretty well with things to get us started, which was very nice not having to run out and buy supplies as soon as we got there. The pool area was great and is very well taken care of. Overall, we are already trying to plan a date to rent this condo again next year. The owner was easy to communicate with as well. Oh, an added bonus for us was the pool table in the garage! If you are on the fence, just book it! You won't regret it.

Just a few issues

Ashwin was great to communicate with, but we had some issues with the property. A few things were broken when we got there, like the sliding porch door and a toilet seat. Then you’re not allowed to lower the thermostat. When there aren’t ceiling fans in the bedrooms, it makes for a muggy evening. We had to go to Walmart and buy fans for our rooms. Lastly they asked if we wanted the pool heated, and we did. When we got in the pool, it was definitely not heated, and the property manager had to come and turn the heater on. Overall it was a nice place to stay, but our issues did impact our time there.

Beautiful clean spacious pool home !

Lovely house and property. Pictures really don’t do it justice . Very nice layout . Cute decor throughout. My 2 sisters and myself enjoyed the pool and our stay here . Kitchen was very well appointed. Great location for activities and restaurants. Couple of points , ants in one of the bathrooms but contact host resolved the issue quickly . Very low stock of toilet paper , dish soap , paper towels, laundry detergent and no tissues . We purchased ourselves. We have stayed in many VRBO homes all over the country and these essentials were always provided. Also , we suggest non slip mats in the bathtubs . Overall I would definitely recommend this home and certainly stay again . Perfect for 1 or even 2 families providing the 4 bedrooms .

A great pleasure to vacation

We knew this villa and it was our third time :-). The villa is so nice, great swimming pool with privacy. Full kitchen with everything you need, great beds and bathroom. The location is perfect to get around the Orlando/Kissimmee area. It is like coming home each time! Now with Ashwin as a new owner the service and hospitality is as good as Remco. We highly recommend a stay and hopefully will be back a fourth time in the near future!

Having never rented a house before, I was very nervous about the process. I looked for weeks before I found this house. It looked perfect, so I decided to take a chance. The house was AMAZING! Huge space, immaculately clean, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful pool. What more could anyone want! Thank you to the home owner who took the time to answer questions promptly and made us feel at home. I would definitely stay here again!

Kissimmee Stay

Enjoyed the property. We had an ant problem as they removed a palm tree right before we arrived. But property management was out instantly and ant problem was solved in 24 hours. Minor challenges like low shower pressure and a very hot garage/play room were overcome but a nice pool and great culdesac location. Traffic in the Orlando area was atrocious but that is not a property challenge ... Just Orlando in summer. For the dollar this was a good value.

Happy holiday.

Property was clean and well presented in an easy to access location. The new owner Ashwin is in the process of updating the interior of the property and removing excess foliage providing better views of lake and wildlife at rear. The beds in the main bedrooms were very comfortable with no complaints from the three members of our party. The air conditioning unit was relatively quiet and did its job beautifully. The 6' deep pool and decking are not overlooked and well maintained. We had a small problem with internet which we reported to Management Company (Dave and Sue) and they resolved it speedily on top of which Ashwin also sent an email wishing to know if it had been sorted. The owner and his management team take pride in the service they provide. There is a Walmart within ten minutes drive with numerous well known restaurants nearby and a Publix (great steaks for BBQ) within 15 minutes in opposite direction. All in all we had a great holiday.

Great house for our family vacation

This is a great house with a great location. Our family visited old kissimmee, universal studios, islands of adventure, and volcano Bay. We also visited icon park. House was clean and supplied with everything needed. All you need is to pack your clothes, hygiene products, and food. The pool was great to relax in after a long day at the parks and we were even able to see deer by the pond on several evenings.

(1) Lakefront Park, 201 Lakeview Drive which has walking & biking trails plus boating. Parking is really easy and has a leisure walk on the lakefront from Neptune Road to the Marina.
(2) Old Town is a 10-acre walking district containing a collection of shops, restaurants and family-friendly amusements. There are free vehicle shows, car cruises and live entertainment Wednesday through Sunday. The brick streets come alive on Friday and Saturday nights when people line the sidewalks to admire a parade of hot rods, street rods and antiques. Throughout the year, Old Town hosts a variety of Americana-themed and seasonal events.
