Best part was owner was super responsive with questions. The lication was easy to get to. The neighborhood was pretty quite. What i wish could have been improved was cleanliness. The bowls were put away with food on them still. The floors has had a film on them Plus, adding some basics to the house like salt and pepper, some cleaning spray would be nice touches. I have never rented a place with so few things.

Florida Holiday

Our family has stayed in the Orlando area multiple times over the past 12 years. Our expectations at this point are quite low and we tend to make the best of any situation. This house however was the worst place we have stayed in by a large margin.The house was quite dated, the carpets left the house with a strong mildew smell that aggravyed our families allergies/asthma. We had to hang an air freshener in one of the kids rooms and bought a glad plug in for the master bedroom. There was very little cooking supplies with only 2 pots and 2 frying pans with nothing to cook anything in the oven with. We also had to buy facecloths as there was none in the house only bath towels and hand towels. The worst aspect however would have to be the overall cleanliness of the house with dust, dirt and black mold everywhere. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with the potential to react to dust/mildew.

House needs updating

House needs to be updated and many things are in need of repair. House has a mouldy smell which needs to be adressed. Furniture is old and in need of cleaning along with the dirty carpets in each bedroom. Master bed way too small for 2 large adults and is not a queen. Will not stay there again.

Disney Trip-

We had a trip over Easter weekend booked at this property. When we arrived, the very first thing we noticed as soon as we opened the door was the moldy/mildewy smell. It was apparent this was going to be an issue for our 2 asthmatic kids. It was overwhelming in every room of the house. This is pretty common in Florida but I've not stayed in a rental with it this bad before. There were air fresheners in every room trying to cover up the smell but it didn't really help. Other than the smell, the house was mostly fine other than some fixtures needing to be updated like some outlets that worked but seemed loose and the showerheads were terrible, not only filthy but old and needing to be replaced. The house had everything it said it did, the pool was nice, there was a foosball table. Overall it was fine, but the mold/mildew needs to be addressed

Clean house , nice chairs, could use some seats cushions a grill would have been great .Close to Disney ,Old Town great. Restaurants nearby safe area to walk my Cocoas ,if traffic scares you this an incredibly busy area Thanks Angela

Nice stay on great location but needs an upgrate

We rented the house from December 20 to January 8. First of all I would like to say that the contact with Angela, the host, went really smoothly and she also responds quickly to questions. It looks beautiful in the photos. And once you stand in front of the house, it is beautiful. The location of the house is also great, you can easily reach all the beauty that Kissimee has to offer. The house was dated inside, and the furniture really needs to be replaced. What was a shame was that it was not clean as we expected. There were hairs in several places. Angela wanted to have extra cleaning done, but we had already done that ourselves. We did put the rug away from the seating area because we didn't think it was fresh. The pool was heated for us and that was wonderful. However, it leaks enormously, causing a large puddle of water. The fence to the neighbors, as in the photo, is unfortunately gone. But we didn't see the neighbors. Well, the neighbors across the street with their very cute child, they were really nice. In short, we had a wonderful holiday, but in our opinion a number of things need to be replaced or repaired, then it would be great!

4th Disney trip, 4th stay here!

We've made 4 trips to Disney World in the past two years and have stayed at this property for some or all of our trips each time. The house is super convenient to the parks, grocery stores, etc, Entry and exit from the neighborhood is quick. We got lucky this time that the weather held out so we could even take advantage of the pool! The A/C does make for extra white noise, but the house is comfy with plenty of areas to settle in. Our host, Angela, has been super helpful with anything we've needed. When we return, we'll look here first.

Pleasant villa in a fantastic location

This was our 3rd time staying here which says a lot about how highly we normally rate this property. Locationally speaking, you really can't beat it. The Disney parks are very very close, as is Wallmart plus all the shops and restaurants you could hope for. The neighbourhood is nice, clean, and feels safe. We've stayed in many other villas over the years and found this one to have the best location by far. The space itself is also more than big enough for six guests. The bedroom sizes are large, as is the pool and outdoor space. All six of us could comfortably sit in the living room together, round the dining room table or round the outside table. Angela, who owns the villa, is a very kind lady who couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the internet for the first few days of our stay, but Angela worked tirelessly from the UK to fix this for us. A few things throughout the villa could now do with updating. The towels and linen were looking a bit tired for example, and the mattress in the spare bedroom(s) could do with being replaced. With these things updated, this villa would be the obvious choice for most families wanting a base to explore Orlando. We look forward to staying here again in future when we inevitably return for another dose of Disney!

Overall great place to stay. Less than 20 minutes from Disney and Universal Studios. Nice neighborhood and parks near by. House has plenty of space for everyone.

Disney and Central Florida Visit

We loved the house! Everything was clean. I noted the freshness of the bedding and you could smell the laundry or dryer sheets used, that was really nice! The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to bring our bikes and bike around and outside the community as well. The home was very close to Irlo Bronson and all of the shopping one needs from there, groceries and the like. The homeowner provided the security system code and this was nice to have on the first night, we got a restful sleep, after that we didn’t use it as much; again, it’s a lovely neighborhood and many residents are out walking around the sidewalks and there is a security man who patrols. We will certainly stay here again sometime. About 15-20 minutes from Magic Kingdom parking, no traffic jams and no I-4 to deal with, pending you use your GPS correctly. All appliances worked and the AC worked very well. The pool was nice and clean too. We loved our stay!

Everything worked

The location was convenient, and for the most part everything worked in the house. The pool equipment on side leaks badly and swamps area next to the pool- hosting mosquitos. For a family of 6 to stay for almost 5 days, we were given 1 trash bag, one small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and one dishwasher tablet. I had to go shopping for trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, and laundry soap (to wash towels upon leaving from direction of owner). Aside from shopping unexpectedly for basics like toilet paper on our vacation, it was clean.

Not what picture looks like!

The place was not what it looked like in the photo. The rugs were disgusting, the back yard had no fence like it showed fence in the photo. You can see the neighbor's back yard and it was disgusting. Was suppose to have fence and there was no fence. The furniture was like sitting on the floor. The dust on artificial plants were at least an inch think. We did not stay as it was just to dirty.

Great Location

We stayed here to bring my daughter down to work for Disney. The property was in an excellent location with everything nearby. The owner was great as I was delayed for a day and Angela refunded me for the day I wasn’t there without asking. The house and pool were both very nice. The only thing I would say is the house could be refreshed a little bit. Other than that we had no issues and would stay again.

It was not a vibe

the pool was extremely green & cold. the owner would not let us heat the pool and had horrible communication with us. She would take hours to respond and never was able to fix our problems… the house was somewhat clean and it was a great neighborhood but the communication was not it. Please do better!

Last Minute Booking

I needed a rental at the very last minute and Angela made sure I got this property secured before I arrived in Florida. The code to get in is always appreciated as opposed to having to meet with someone to get keys (but be aware you have to put it into the alarm system as well! We briefly set off the alarm but it was fine). The layout of the rooms worked great for my family and the pool being heated was wonderful for my water-loving daughter. This property could definitely use a bit of an update and a deep-clean, but the location was very convenient to stores and not far from the park. If it matters to you --- this neighborhood is far more "residential" than it is "vacationer", so it has a more lived-in and casual vibe and it's as "pristine" as others. The neighbors we encountered were friendly.

Needs some update and deep clean.

Needs HVAC cleaning. Ceiling is discolored around vents with black substance. Garage door locked - wasn’t able to use. Short hairs found in shower. Could use a coat of paint and carpets shampooed or replaced. Outside lights didn’t work, pool light didn’t work.

Spring Break 2022

We enjoyed our stay at this location! The management team was VERY helpful on everything. The cleaning could have been a bit better to my taste. For example, the light fixtures were disgusting. We planned for coffee, toiletries, etc. but we had to buy paper towel, napkins, dish soap, dish cloths, coffee filters, and batteries(For all the remotes). Several light bulbs were burnt out. Just little stuff that we felt could have been checked before our stay, but didn’t put too much of a damper on our stay. We loved the pool and the grill access. We would definitely stay here again!
