The Redlands Oasis is part of a triplex house and is close access to the many attractions being walking distance to Historic Downtown City along with easy access to your trips to Big Bear, Palm Springs, Lake Arrowhead and many more.
The space
Our home is a standout Redlands style home that offers a specious 1 private bedroom and 1 semi private bedroom with a beautiful double shower bathroom and a full kitchen with basic kitchenware. The walkways are shared with other tenets and washer/dryer which is located outside. Book today and enjoy the many amenities our wonderful city has to offer you!!

Quiet time from 10pm-7am
No parties or events.
Only guest who booked unit allowed to check in unless discussed with host.
Access to laundry area only if guest booked more than 3 nights or unless discussed with host.
Free Street Parking is only available
AC is set at 74 and controlled remotely. If temp settings needs to be adjusted, guest will contact host and can be adjusted for comfort.
No illicit drugs or activity allowed and will be cancelled immediately with zero refund.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult
Dogs allowed ONLY up to 30lbs unless discussed with host. Guest will be responsible for clean up after their dog.
***There is no refunds if any rule was found to be broken***
***Host will not be held liable for any rolling blackouts or unforeseen power outages that the host has no control of***
