KINGSWOOD TOWNHOME NEAR NORTHSTAR
• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 6 Persons TOTAL INCLUDING CHILDREN
• PET POLICY: No Pets Permitted per HOA
• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.
• PARKING: Limited to 3 vehicles per HOA. Vehicles must display a parking pass and move every 24 hours when snow exists.

This Kingswood Village condo comfortably sleeps 6 with its 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa plus 1.75 bathrooms. Owner has recently renovated both bathrooms, converted loft into entertaining area, purchased new furniture and installed new flooring. Home also features internet access, upgraded basic cable, flat screen TV, newer kitchen appliances, and two decks; one with an electric grill.
The entry level houses two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and the laundry area. The first bedroom is nice and bright with two twin beds and a large mirrored closet. At the far end is the primary bedroom which has an adjustable King Sleep Number bed, flat screen TV, as well as a seating area on the private deck.
The main level features a recently painted kitchen with breakfast bar which really brightened the space. The living room has also been upgraded and now houses a new sleeper sofa, large mounted TV with Streaming capabilities and stone fireplace. New flooring flows throughout living area into dining area with seating for 6. Additional dining and an electric grill can be found on patio by using the slider doors. A beautiful new vanity has been installed in the first section of the 3/4 bathroom.
The third level of this condo has been transformed into a bonus gathering space. There's two comfy chairs in the sitting area of loft to share a good conversation or read a good book. There's also a card table to play one of the many board games provided.
