The cabin features fully remodeled kitchen, bathroom, knotty pine accents, attached one car garage, large front deck with propane BBQ and views. Guests can conveniently access hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and other recreational activities at the North Tahoe Regional Park that has a kids play structure, ball fields, Frisbee golf course, tennis and basketball courts, and more.

Upper Level: The upper level features two bedrooms and 1 hall bathroom (remodeled)

Main Level Level: The main level is where the kitchen, living room, dining room, 1 bedroom, front deck with BBQ, and hall bath is located.

Lower Level: Offers the single car garage and mud room area.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer).
