The parking is horrible
The house is beautiful and it is as described in the pictures but, the parking is horrible we had two cars to get towed the first one we can own that because we parked on the side on the road to take out groceries and when return back to move our car it was being towed we tried stopping the tow truck driver and was willing to pay but he pulled off anyway,. The second car we were told that it was ok where it was parked. The tow truck driver said it was too close to the grass and the car was in ihe yard when he towed the car. It's sad because you have a 14 bedroom house but only a few parking spaces and how can you enjoy your vacation if you're worried about your car being towed and if you look down the street both ways there's cars parts all alone inside the road so, this made our family feel targeted when we called the tow truck company and ask why they laughed. And this is the second time that we used this particular rental company the property manager even remembered us from last year. And the amount of money that you spend to rent these homes you should have better parking for your guests and this is an annual trip for us and we recommend it to other families in the past. But now we're tainted with this company becouse how can you enjoy your vacation and be worried at the same time. No one communicated back with us that night of the incident after that we didn't see anyone for the reminder of the trip when previous days the property manager came by to check on us
