Everything was good however, there were a few things that we had to contact the host about when it came to the cleanliness of the property. One of the bathroom lights had mold in it and one of the rooms’ carpet smelled of urine. I notified the host and he immediately got someone out the same day to clean both things so communication was on point. It’s a great property to stay at but I’d recommend to the host to do a thorough deep cleaning of the home including the cleaning of the walls and baseboards because there were a lot of scuffs on the wall. The welcome gift he provided was very sweet and we appreciated everything he did during our stay. Like I said only issue was the cleanliness of the property.

We had a group that was competing in a Fine Arts Festival and this house fit the needs for everyone. We were able to relax when we were not at the convention center. The kids loved the game room. They were only able to swim one night because of storms but they enjoyed the pool the one night they could swim. I would suggest getting hot pads or pot holders to take items out of the oven. We had to get creative to remove items from the oven. The plates and cups were well stocked but for a house that sleeps 16 people 3 forks and 6 spoons was not sufficient.

I wanted to give the property 4.5 stars, but couldn't and didn't think it was deserving of the full 5 stars.The property manager communicated well and in a timely manner. The property itself looks as shown on the photos from a decor perspective, but it is obvious it has had quite a bit of traffic. The high traffic walls were dirty or had streaks indicative of kids running around and luggage being rubbed against it along hallways.The kitchen, living room and most other shared spaces looked great and were clean. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning. Nothing terrible, just some obvious grime build up in showers, floors and sinks.The bath towels have certainly seen better days. They were old and tattered. Would be nice to have plusher towels while vacationing.Bathrooms had a bar a soap for washing hands, which is ok. But liquid soap pump would have been better for a property like this.The property manager does tell you that they don't provide anything. You must bring it all and they weren't kidding. But would be nice to have a starter kit with coffee, maybe a few waters and laundry detergent.Cell coverage is non-existent at the location of the house, losing all reception while in the house and maybe 1 bar when outside the house, so WIFI connectivity is a must. The WIFI in the house was adequate.TV's in the rooms were all Hisense Roku TV's. Some of the remotes were misplaced but we made do.For the price, we would absolutely go back.
