Monmouth Beach hidden gem

House was clean, spacious, private and in the perfect location to walk to the beach or downtown. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Setup

This house was perfect, it was 8 of us who stayed there for a wedding that was 15 min away on the beach and it was exactly what we needed. The House was nice, clean and had a nice backyard to hang out in. Highly recommend

Family weekend

Cute and clean property in a good location near the beach. Our family (5 adults and one infant) enjoyed our stay and appreciated the feeling of being in a space which felt quite new. Outside of sleeping, we didn’t spend a ton of time in the house thanks to good weather and a busy schedule, but there is nice backyard space as well.

Wonderful home close to the beach

Absolutely above and beyond with communication and check in! My family enjoyed this beautiful home , clean and close walking to the market and restaurants! Little bit of a walk to the beach but 2 min short drive for us and lugging our toddlers stuff.

Sea Hear Now Concert Weekend

Our friends had a great time at the house this past weekend. Tanya and Anthony were very responsive and they have a very welcoming home. The kitchen and outside area is great for groups. The location was perfect for our needs this weekend. I would definitely rent this house again:-)

Shore Vibe

Property was very well maintained. Wide open floor plan. We made use of the Kitchen and the BbQ grill. Nice patio and Fire pit. The theme of the house gave it shore vibes. So close to the beach. We made use of the beach passes and parking permit. The owner recommendations for food and ice cream were spot on. We enjoyed the house.

Great Getaway!

This house was absolutely immaculate. Very clean and everything in its place. I usually shy away from a ranch style home, but this house was perfect. The two bedrooms on one side and two on the other, separated by the living space added extra privacy. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need, all in working condition. My family and I really enjoyed the peaceful quiet neighborhood, and had a great time at this beautiful home.

Wow! What more can I say?!

A true modern spin on a beach home! From the décor, location, and cleanliness, Anthony’s home was immaculate. Making for a great summer vacation. The amenities were more than one could ask for. My family enjoyed their time at the beach thanks to the beach passes, beach chairs and umbrella provided by Anthony. The backyard is designed to enjoy a nice summer’s night with a grill and fire pit included. The location was very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful and serene, as my daughter and granddaughter used the provided bicycles to ride around town. Anthony was very responsive to any questions I may have had upon arrival and throughout my stay. The only qualm was the first night; we weren’t able to enjoy the fire pit for as long as we’d like because the sprinklers came on. I brought this to Anthony’s attention and he quickly helped us with the adjustment. This place is a 10 out of 10. If you’re looking for a relaxing, fun-filled, beach getaway Anthony’s home is a surefire choice!

Great family getaway spot!

This property was recently and thoughtfully renovated, and carefully prepared for our visit. The cleaning crew is meticulous. There is a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area flanked by two 2-bedroom, 1-bath suites. Each suite is separated by a barn door for privacy. There is a full laundry room stocked with all the requirements for a lovely beach vacation -- barbeque tools, patio cushions, and a cooler. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking and dining necessities as well. And there are bikes, lawn chairs, and a beach umbrella in the shed. The house is tucked down a driveway at the bend in a quiet residential street. The backyard is pleasantly equipped with a dining pergola, an outdoor shower, an expansive lawn, and a big fire pit. There is a surf shop, market, tavern, and an amazing coffee shop within walking distance. Oh, and of course the ocean is a short walk away. The owner was communicative and responsive to text messages the whole time we were there. We could not have found a better place for our getaway. If we return to Monmouth Beach, we would strongly consider booking this place again. Thank you, Peter, for a comfortable stay.

House is clean and cute. The neighborhood seems great- safe. the number and size of pots and pans in the kitchen could use some attention. The backyard is serene. overall it's a nice place.

Overview

Everything was great, except when you are paying the money it cost plus cleaning fee, we would expect to not have a list of directions for us to clean the house when we leave. Stating we would be charged if there is sand in the house. It's a beach house, near the ocean. We pay to have a vacation, not to spend time doing labor to clean your house.

Very pleasant stay

Newly remodeled, and very comfortable. Short walking distance to downtown. A little farther to the beach, but we walked it. Would definitely stay here again.
