Amplia casa de playa 1. A 5 cuadras de la playa en Silver Lake con espectaculares vistas al lago desde muchas habitaciones y vistas al océano desde la gran terraza del segundo piso y algunas habitaciones en los pisos segundo y tercero.

¡Esta joya es una hermosa casa victoriana, una verdadera en Belmar! Este es un gran vecindario orientado a la familia.

¡NO ALQUILAMOS A GRUPOS JOVENES! Debe tener al menos 40 años (se requiere comprobante de edad).

Entra por la puerta principal y entras en nuestra espaciosa sala de estar (con sofá cama) y gran televisor de pantalla plana. Usted pasa por alto el comedor que está abierto y tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Desde el comedor se ve la gran cocina con encimeras de granito y estufa de gas para los amantes de la cocina.

La verdadera joya en el primer piso es la cubierta envolvente con vistas a Silver Lake. ¡Uno de los mejores lugares de la casa para relajarse y descansar!

El segundo piso cuenta con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños completos. El primer dormitorio es enorme y tiene una cama queen con una puerta a la terraza del segundo piso que tiene impresionantes vistas al océano. Mientras está acostado en la cama también tiene vistas al lago Silver. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial y también disfruta de vistas al lago. El tercer dormitorio también es muy grande y tiene una cama queen y su propio baño privado recientemente actualizado que es enorme y tiene una ducha de pie y bañera separada. También hay un baño completo muy grande en el pasillo en el segundo piso con una bañera con patas.

El tercer piso tiene 2 habitaciones, una con una cama queen y una habitación grande con una cama de día que se abre a 2 camas gemelas o 1 cama king. Hay una televisión de pantalla plana en esta habitación si solo quieres usarla como espacio para pasar el rato o en la esquina / habitación de los niños.

Sin duda, nuestros lugares favoritos son las hermosas cubiertas envolventes con vistas a Silver Lake y al océano. Este espacio es ideal para leer un libro o disfrutar de una bebida. También hay una ducha exterior en esta casa. Usted obtiene 4 pases de playa y sillas de playa con este alquiler.

TARIFAS / DISPONIBILIDAD: Alquiler de invierno disponible (sería mensual, semanal, quincenal, fin de semana, etc.). Temporada de verano semanal de sábado a sábado en julio / agosto. También hacemos alquileres de fin de semana todos los meses, EXCEPTO julio y agosto.

Lavandería está en el primer piso y hay 3 televisores de pantalla plana en la casa. El camino de entrada tiene capacidad para tres autos. Incluido en el alquiler de verano hay cuatro insignias de playa y algunas sillas de playa.

Great location for what we were there for. Everything was beautifully decorated. It was easy to find and easy to get into. We actually wished we could have stayed there longer! Front porch was a great place to hang out with both the table and chairs and the sofa. Very clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend the place to others.

This house had all the necessities we required. Beautiful home close to the beach with various eating options close by. Three car driveway and street parking available for all of our vehicles. Beach passes a plus as well as beach chairs available for use. Nice porch with lake view for sitting/eating and hanging out.

Great Location for Multi-generational beach trip

House location can't be beat. 4 blocks from beach - and walkable to main street. The house is an older victorian but very suitable for needs - the wrap around porch is awesome and rare for the area! Kitchen provided necessary items for cooking - owners were great to communicate with. Great for family to share but note that one bath is shared by 4 of the sleeping spaces unless you are sharing the one in the master bath - stairs might be hard to navigate for young children or those with walking concerns - all bedrooms require access by stairs. I would def. rent this place again. (Must bring your own sheets - which is the only drawback) - although they do provide a rental place for them.

Charming House

Our family stayed at this property for 6 days last week, and from the minute we stepped inside we felt at home. It’s an older home but has been modernized inside without compromising the beauty of the home. Very clean, comfy beds. Lots of charm and character. Everything you need is here and most importantly, the host is great, very accommodating and always available to help. Our favorite spot is the downstairs porch with comfy lounge chairs and a table/chairs for us to enjoy coffee, snacks, aperitif and dinner overlooking the lake. Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely return.

Great home for a weekend in Belmar!

We stayed at Kelli's home for a wedding weekend in Belmar and it is the most perfect location! The home is so charming, with plenty of room to sleep. We had the best stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location!

The location (1.5 blocks from the beach) with a full view of the lake is really fantastic! The front porch is the hang-out spot. Great breeze, view, and plenty of seating. Beds are comfortable and the overall layout is good. We had six adults and two kids, and it worked really well for us.

Great View & Location

Perfect setting sitting on the front porch with a view of the lake. This was our second time staying here. The house has a lot of character it dates to the late 1800's. Being an older home you have to be okay with the charm & quirks which come with it - which we are. It was a very short walk to the beach. And it was great being able to brings the pets with us. It made it a true family vacation to have all of us there.

Great location beach house.

My sisters and I met for a family reunion. The house was big enough and was in a great location. It is a very old home with narrow steep stairs which was a challenge for one of my sisters. Housekeeping was not that great, barely any toilet paper in the bathrooms, 1/4 a roll to none. It also had ants in the kitchen so we did not want to cook after finding them everywhere. The owner offered a pest control service , but the house was closed because of using the a/c. so we passed on that. Owner was very responsive to issues.

Excellent house for wedding weekend

I rented this house (along with another nearby owned by the same landlord) for our wedding weekend in Spring Lake / Belmar. The house was as described, clean, and the perfect backdrop for wedding preparation pictures. The wraparound porch with the view of Silver Lake and the ocean was one of the highlights. It is an old Victorian but there is central air in most of the rooms besides the very top floor. Linens and towels were not provided as noted in the listing; this arrangement is common along the Jersey shore. The landlord recommended a local provider, Blue Cottage Linens, which did a great job. Communication with the landlord was great and there were no issues during check in or checkout. We're not a typical Belmar party crowd so the landlord had no problem hosting a wedding party, and we had no issues with the neighbors by hanging out on the front porch late and not being too loud. Ample street parking, at least in late May / early June. Great experience and really added to our wedding weekend. Highly recommend!

Great house by the beach!

Spent a few days here with the family in May 2024. Great walking distance from the boardwalk for the kids to use their scooters. Street parking and driveway parking was a plus. Owners were super friendly and were quick to respond to questions about the house. Kids asked if we could stay there again!

This is the second Christmas our family has spent in this lovely home. The house accommodates 9 of us and our dog very comfortably and is a short walk from the beach. Communication from the host is excellent.

A very peaceful stay

Great old house. Owners were very upfront about any possible issues even before we got there. The fifth bedroom was the only problem for us since we needed 5 private bedrooms with doors but we made it all work. Its a beautiful old house with tons of charm and within walking distance to the beach and some shops.

Beach house in need of repair

The house is located close to the shore and has parking. It is an adequate 4-5 bedroom house because the 5th bedroom does not have a door for privacy. The front storm doors and the door to the 2nd floor balcony needs repair as well as a few other areas of the house. Everything was functional but it would have been nice if it was better maintained.

Beautiful old home, convenient to beach

It was as clean as a home this age could be, but there were ants in the kitchen. When I let the owner know, I was given an errand, not a solution. Belmar Beach is a little sleepy, not many restaurant options right on the beach, but plenty in town, which is an easy, safe walk. It was nice to have some beach passes included, but it would make sense to have more, considering the capacity of the home. The communication in the week leading up to our stay was almost non existent, & I was honestly concerned, especially with all of us flying in from thousands of miles away. It was only after we arrived that we started getting consistent text messages, and prompt responses to our messages. This was our first time staying anywhere that did not include towels or sheets, which was truly inconvenient (we had to pay for extra checked luggage!). The home is truly lovely and overpriced for what is (not) included.

Girls trip

This house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for all .Short walk to the beach. You can see the beach from the front porch. The management was kind, and answer all our questions. We will definitely come back.
