Enjoy a stylish experience at this South Knoxville loft. This brand new 2 bedroom 1 bath loft apartment is just 10 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from the Smokey Mountains, and only 5 minutes from Baker Creek Preserve and Bike Park.

If you're here for the game, leave your car parked here and take a short uber ride to the stadium. If you're here for mountain biking, it's a short ride from here to the trailhead.

Well behaved small dogs are welcome upon request. We charge a $45 pet fee.

Property is in great condition and has everything you may have forgotten! Hosts were very quick to respond to a few questions and very accommodating. Great location for a day trip to the mountains and very accessible to downtown Knoxville. We had a great time and would definitely stay again! Spotless and roomy.

This is a gem of a property. Very comfortable with all the amenities you need. Be prepared to walk up 1 flight of stairs before being amazed with how well organized this place is. You can tell that Brandee takes pride in this place. Definitely recommend

Everything comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful decor. Everything was very clean. The secure WiFi was greatly appreciated. Distance to UT campus and Market Square was perfect. The only complaint is the mattress in the cowboy room probably should be replaced as it was not very comfortable. Other than that NO complaints.

Had a fantastic experience staying at The Farmhouse Loft. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The property manager was very kind, detailed in communications, attentive, and responsive. If we’re back in the Knoxville area in the future, I’d happily book The Farmhouse Loft again.

Upon arrival the property was even better than we thought. Close enough but also far enough away from all the action that we were able to have some quiet time as well. Every detail was thought of at this property and all the comforts of home. Bed was very comfortable after a bust day downtown. Will definitely make this our go to when in town

My husband and I stayed @ the Farmhouse loft for a few days so we could move our son into his apartment @ UT. The space was amazing. Clean, modern, comfy and beautifully decorated. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood over the bridge about a 15 min drive from campus. Brandee was so communicative from the start. Highly recommend. We will def stay again

Baseball Tournament

My son & I loved the farmhouse retreat! It was very comfortable, so we spent a lot of time after games relaxing there. The location was great, it allowed us to travel from The University of TN to various ball fields within about 15 mins. I loved all of The Doterra products that are provided, it adds a special touch. I would definitely stay there again if ever in that area.

Perfect home away from home!

We stayed here for our family member’s graduation, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and celebrate together. The location was convenient to the ceremony and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. It made a special weekend even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We truly had our home away from home with all the necessities needed for our needs. Working long hours and coming home to a well equipped kitchen to prepare home cooked meals was a huge help. Thank you Brandee for the well appointed amenities. We would love to stay again when in The Knoxville area.

This is a great location to enjoy Knoxville!! While we were there we attended baseball games, some hiking in the surrounding areas, and this location is perfect. About 15 minutes away from everything. What a nice property and very comfortable!!

This place was so clean and had such high quality amenities. We were extremely comfortable and the check in and check out was super easy. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to take morning walks without issues. Great job!

Cleanest Most Comfortable Vacation Rental

Fantastic home away from home! Easy self check-in and the cleanest most well stocked rental we have ever stayed at. The beds and furniture were comfortable and Brandee provided everything we needed and more. Highly recommend the Farmhouse Loft!

Best place in knoxville

This stay has been amazing, our host Brandee was the best. She accommodated all our needs plus some. This place is so conveniently located just outside of Knoxville… super short drive, with a very quiet country setting… none of that hustle a bustle of city honking horns and sirens. Felt like the safest neighborhood around. This place was so clean and comfortable with everything you would need. If I ever come back to Knoxville,this is the exact place I would want to stay.

A great rustic getaway!

I went with my friends to a convention in Knoxville and my friends were amazed at the beautiful rental we stayed at! (They’re so used to staying at cheap motels for cons so it was definitely a breath of fresh air). And it’s so close to everything in Knoxville from the convention center to the sever I like buc-ee’s. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Knoxville!
