Newer cabin with 2 bedrooms and full bath on first floor. Loft has 2 twin xl, 1 regular twin, 1 queen, 1 full (beds), and a half bath. Dish TV. Cell phone reception good. Large grass backyard (approximately 1/2 acre) perfect for setting up multiple tents. Firepit outside with atleast 10 camp chairs. Charcoal grill. Wood burning fire place inside. Built and frequently used by owner. Limited rental availability as owner cherishes his time there. Just minutes to heart of Cook Forest PA
Other things to note
Canoeing, camping, horseback riding, waterslide, go karts, Putt Putt golf, other attractions in Cook Forest all near by. Maple drive is a beautiful street running through a mostly wooded area. Deer are abundant and easily seen in the early morning and pre dusk. A short trail off the back of the lot leads to open pockets of fields good for viewing. My cabin is not to be used as a meeting point for a weekend "Delta House" party. Nor in any circumstances should weapons or dead game be brought onto property.
