Cozy Waterfront Comfy Cottage With Lakeside Fire Pit - Close to Lake Michigan

Great location! 60' of private frontage on all sports Twin Lake. Sandy shallow beach perfect for swimming, floating and playing. Great fishing lake and we provide 3 adult kayaks with paddles as well as 1 stand up paddleboard. We also have cornhole and inflatables for guests to use. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from the comfort of the beach, lakeside bed or porch. Sleeps 6 (maximum of 4 adults). Central air and central heat.

Minutes from Lake Michigan, Muskegon Luge, Michigan's Adventure, Twin Lake County Park, Coast Guard City USA Grand Haven, Stone Gate Golf Club, Muskegon Waterfront and so much more. Close to eateries, breweries, Cedar Creek Motorsport Trail and Thunderbird Raceway.

•Main Bedroom offers a bunk bed combo (full on bottom and twin on top) and also an additional twin bed.

•Lakeside Sunroom has a full bed where you are surrounded by the stars and breeze

•Kitchen is stocked with whatever you might need to get your stay up and running. Dishwasher, Keurig, pots/pans and dishes are provided. Gas Grill on site as well.

•Water toys and games on site are for guests to use

•Due to severe asthma/allergies, cigarette smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the premises, inside or out.

•Due to severe asthma/allergies, pets are NOT permitted under any circumstances - Inside or out.

There is a Blink security doorbell located on the front door of the residence.

Long weekend getaway

This is our second time visiting this house and this second time around was the best time. The lake in the backyard is perfect for young children. We will be back!

Good times

We had three great beach days, and one really rainy one. The house is very clean, beds were comfortable. This home has great views and a very nice beach/swimming area. We used the paddle board a lot!Tho it is quite small, it was sufficient for what we needed it for.

Small cabin but enough for our family of three. Had air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom. With windows opened we had enough of a breeze most nights to cool off the bedroom on back porch. Had 3 kayaks and a paddle-board available, a child’s life jacket. We enjoyed sitting out of chairs and watching boats on the lake. Was able to find what we needed easily.

A place to R & R !!

Looking for that place to just hangout by water and do some kayaking and we found it. Beachfront was spacey, Cottage was very clean and Host was very helpful……We will be back and plan on staying longer !!!

Fun Family Vacation!

Lovely little cottage

We enjoyed everything about this little cottage--it's super cute, clean, and in a quiet, beautiful location. It had everything we needed and then some. We were in town for a cycling race and it was convenient to get to and from our race venue. Loved the sunsets and walking to Overboard Inn for breakfast.

Lake Front Fun

Cottage was clean, in very good condition, all appliances in good working order and well stocked with consumables, towels etc. (obviously not food). Mary is a good communicator and fun was had by all. Definitely recommended.

We've added these items in the last couple of months hoping to make you feel at home while you stay with us!
