This tranquil Cottage is located behind the main lake house, but is private and far away to offer a quiet, secluded-remote retreat. Public Beach access is just .04 mile down the street, easy to walk to. Super close to beautiful Lake Michigan beaches, State Parks, Trails and Amusement Park. Duck Lake Beach is a 5 min. drive, Muskegon and Pioneer Beaches 7 min-10 min drive. Brand New Updates with a fully stocked kitchen, new washing machine/dryer, new super comfy beds, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and game shed with Cornhole, Croquette and Badminton. Sleeps 6 with A/C. Stocked Fire Pit, S’mores Kit & Weber Gas Grill. Near great Hiking Trails, Dunes, Winter Sports Complex, Zipline, Adventure’s Amusement & Water Park, The Deck, Pere Marquette Beach, Submarine, Battleship. Great stay at Kellye and Bill's cottage near Lake Michigan. Clean, cute and has everything we needed for a long relaxing weekend. The home is conveniently located between two beach parks and right down the street from a fantastic little pizza joint.10/10 would recommend!!

The cottage was great. The hosts were very accommodating and provided everything we needed for a great stay. The cottage was cozy but plenty of room for the 2 of us and everything was updated in the kitchen, bathroom, living room and bed rooms.

Wonderful Cottage

A great cottage in a picturesque area along Lake Michigan, this place was a quiet place to relax with my family. Quick access to multiple beaches and wonderful restaurants. My kids liked Ruth Ann's Ice cream which is just down the street!

Kellye and her place were both just amazing. The cabin is so clean and nice, the decor sets the right vibe! Kellye was very kind to us and took excellent care of our group throughout the stay! The sunsets were beautiful! I would most definitely recommend you book this place if it’s available! This one is a gem!

Great stay!

Cabin was clean, cozy, and stocked with supplies, including wood kindling needed for a bonfire. Beautiful lookout for sunsets right on the water and close to multiple beaches, the state park, and Muskegon. Kellye easy to get in touch with and overall a great host. Would stay here again!

Beautiful lake views and perfect location

This is a beautiful property with stunning lake views! Kellye was wonderful to work with and attentive to our needs especially when we wanted to stay an extra day! It's close to Duck Lake Beach and had everything we needed. We loved the fire pit and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets! A perfect place to stay!!

We had the absolute best time. Great location. Hosts made us feel right at home, were super friendly, and very accommodating. Kids loved the stocked S'mores basket and supplied firewood. We will be booking here again in the future.

Peaceful Cottage

Shipwatch was everything we wanted in a family rental. It was just big enough for our family of five. Things were thought out and the extra treats, gas grill and campfire supplies were great. We would love to visit again!

Beautiful Cottage & lovely hosts

The cottage was cute, clean, and well maintained. It has everything you could need and more! The boys were thrilled with the S’mores supplies and snacks! The beach umbrella was a game changer! Kellye was very responsive and gave us some fabulous recommendations! We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends looking for a Lake Michigan getaway!

Bill and Kellye were wonderful hosts and answered any questions we had during our stay! Their cottage is so nice and well kept! It had everything we needed for the little downtime in between our busy days! A great little get-a-way

Beautiful property (fully stocked), attentive hosts, plenty to do and see, beaches were always perfect and plenty to choose from! We did encounter some technical difficulties, completely out of their control. The hosts, and VRBO, were very accommodating to get us through and everything ended up just fine. Overall, a beautiful time away to see more of what Michigan offers.

Everything was perfect and then some. The host went out of her way to make sure everything was as we needed. She even called during a storm and offered to bring down their generator if the power went out. We will be back!

Kellye was a fabulous host! She communicated with us and left the lights on when she knew we’d be later than expected due to Canada traffic. The communication throughout was fabulous. The house was adorable, well equipped and clean. The extra details were so appreciated. We loved the s’mores/snack kit and found the info book about the area to be full of wonderful suggestions. We took advantage of as many as we could in our short stay. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thank you for being such an outstanding host! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful cottage and it’s fabulous owner.

Great stay!!!

Enjoyed our stay here immensely. The home was clean, comfortable, nice quiet location (although we had to deal with some construction noise that is NOT a normal occurrence so no reflection on the owners) Nice well stocked kitchen, but we were only here for short stay and didn't cook a meal there. We did cook on the grill and that worked fine. Kellye is a great host, always available, and encouraged us to come out and enjoy the sunsets which were beautiful. We originally booked this home for a family reunion for 5 aging siblings. Unfortunately 3 sisters could not make it so was just my brother and I. The place might have been a little crowded had all 5 of us been there but was perfect for the 2 of us and would be fine for more. I love the area and would love to return here.

Kellye loves to grow Bonsai, Orchids and Garden, both are Wine Enthusiasts. Kellye and Bill have traveled extensively and have been to 40 countries, including Tibet. Nepal, China, India, Tanzania, Kenya, Morocco and throughout Europe (including Mt. Everest).
