Very relaxing…good communication with management office Vacasa…not anyone’s fault but dead love bugs all over the balcony and some got in condo. Beautiful home; only thought is to provide some literature about the area and places to shop, eat, drink, play?? Lovely stay though and will return

We’ll be back!

We’ve never visited Mexico Beach before and I’m so glad we booked Summerhouse 103 for our 1st trip. Our expectations will be very high in the event this home is not available next time we visit. I reviewed countless private homes and condos in the area before selecting this one and I’m so glad this was my choice. First, the reserved parking spot is very convenient to both sets of stairs and the elevator (the condo is on the 1st floor but you do have to go up to get to it). Additionally, it’s conveniently located to the front exit of the building that exits right at a pedestrian crosswalk that leads directly to the beach. You can even see your family walk across from the balcony and living room. I was very happy to see there was a spray off shower on property as well. Everything inside was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with, the washer and dryer worked great (no coming home with a weeks worth of dirty clothes). The master tub was so inviting, my only complaint is I didn’t use it, but that’s on me. I did see a few reviews that had me concerned about the comfy-ness of the beds. I’m not sure if the owners eventually made changes but we had no complaints, the beds were extremely comfortable, we slept great! My husband is still talking about the ceiling fan in the master (we need to know where that came from so we can have one at home). My only recommendation: adding a TV in the guest room and USB ports/charging stations in the guest room would be great. There’s no shortage of USB charging everywhere else (master bedroom had them built into the nightstand and living room had plenty behind the end table), we just didn’t see that option in the guest room. Luckily I thought ahead and brought the charging blocks with us but that may not be the case for all visitors. My teenage son stayed in that room and would have liked a tv in there as well but, it all worked out for our visit because we were exhausted every night and in bed by 8 most nights, so he used the living room TV. We will definitely return! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Great. Although on the other side of the road from the beach, it was a very short walk. Property was very nice and clean and very affordable. We had a great stay.

Weekend get away

This property was by far the most updated and clean of all that we have stayed in. The master bed could use being replaced but overall, I give it a strong 5 out of 5. It is central to quite a few really good restaraunts and great beaches. I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone! We will stay again for sure.

Great get away!

Last minute vacation made very easy. We will be back again! Comfortable and easy to get in and out of. The only thing I can say is even though you book through Vrbo you are going to have to do more through Vacasa since they are the ones who manage the booking for this listing.

Comfy stay with great view!

We enjoyed our stay! Unit was very clean with up to date decor. Felt very comfortable and we had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was very short and we had a nice view! Pool area was also nice and clean. We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi in the unit. We contacted customer service and they tried to fix the problem over the phone but we were unsuccessful. They said they scheduled someone to come out to look at the Wi-Fi on Tuesday. No one ever showed up or called. So the internet was out our entire trip. We weren’t able to do some of our work on our computers because of this issue. The tv only worked with wifi so it did not work either. Hopefully it will be fixed for the next guests! Overall, we had a nice and relaxing trip!

Loved it!

I loved this condo. It was very spacious and clean. It has a good view of the ocean, but I noticed the vacant lot across the beach is for sale. If someone builds a house on the vacant lot you will not be able to see the ocean well. Still a great condo, and I couldn't beat the price. Would definitely stay here again.
