Once you’re ready to cool down and unwind, a refreshing pool awaits and an alfresco dining table under string lights offers the perfect setting to indulge in barbecue hot off the grill. There’s a lot to see in this town and even more to drink. Our suggestion? A tour at one of the local wineries so you and your group can sample a diverse range of local flavors. For something less intoxicating but equally fun, visitors can berry-pick at local farms and taste the fruits of their labor. Hot air-ballooning is a stunning way to see the rolling hills of Southern California wine country from every angle and is one of Temecula’s most sought-after attractions.

*Home Truths:*
- Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
- The ping pong table is now located in the garage.
- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Pool with spa heat is just $250 per day, plus tax.
- SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
- Unfortunately, the courtside lights don't turn on any longer.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. There is also a sleeper sofa in the upper living area.
- Please note that due to its secluded location, cell reception and wifi are limited at our home.
- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- Please note: The gate on the property is currently out of order.

Parking Details:
The property can accommodate a maximum of 6 cars.
The owner’s field next door can fit an additional 4 cars, but guests use this parking at their own risk.
No street parking is allowed.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
