Located around the corner from Monte de Oro and Wilson Creek Wineries in the heart of Wine Country. Exceptional schools, within minutes to dining, shopping and city conveniences.
- 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms
- large open kitchen, pool, spa and BBQ area
- TVs in all bedrooms and most of the area.
- Mini golf

The space
Bed arrangement: (See pictures for detail.)
- Master bedroom with 1 King bed,
- bedroom #2 with 2 Queen beds,
- bedroom #3 with 2 bunker beds,
- bedroom #4 with 1 Queen bed
- bedroom #5 with 1 Queen bed.

- BBQ grill connected to in house propane line.
- Plenty of sitting and dining space and tables for you to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view.

Spa and pool:
- Spa heating is included for 5hrs/night, programmed to heat the SPA ONLY from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
- Pool may be heated on request with fee $200 per night of your stay. Ask our management team in advance for detail.
Other things to note
- The fireplace is not operational

- Security cameras outside the house for safety reasons. Noiseware is installed to monitor the noise level. ( do not record sound, only monitor noise level).

Parking:
- No parking space in the garage ( for owners storage )
- Parking space on driveway is limited to 8 vehicles.

NOISE ORDINANCES/ RESTRICTIONS:

If you are looking to have a party, this is NOT the home to rent. NO VISITORS are allowed at all times without approval from the host in advance.

We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and Riverside County has VERY strict Noise Ordinances as the followings:
No outdoor amplified music
No excessive shouting/yelling
No vehicles with excessively loud exhaust
No loud music coming from vehicles

Between 9:30 pm and 8 am:
No outdoor activities at the poolside.
NO NOISE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

The house was very clean and spacious. It was close to so many wineries. Easy check in and check out and the host was responsive. Only note I would offer is the primary suite shower head needs to be cleaned as a lot of the shower holes are clogged due to lime build up

We had a fantastic stay in Temecula! The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located near local wineries, with a stunning vineyard view. The host was responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway.

Check in and out very easy. Host responded quickly to messages. House was very clean and as described. There was plenty of sleeping space for our 11 ladies. Wineries very close by. Plenty of parking spots. The outside patio fridge was very helpful. Beds very comfortable. The only difficulty we found was the hot water took a long time to get to the showers.

What a great location this house is in you can literally walk to a few of the local wineries, huge property, beautiful backyard, big family room, and kitchen with all the amenities. This house was very spacious for our family. We were in Temecula for a wedding and also to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary and everybody just loved the house the Location the pool and how comfortable this house was for us. All communication was fantastic. Check in and checkout was a breeze.

Nice spacious house for large group, loved the wide open common spaces and the second fridge outdoor was a huge plus. Appreciate the hot tub, though not sure if it had jets. House was clean, though bathroom wall/upper corner had bugs that weren't cleaned. One shower seemed to have reversed water lines and quickly runs out of hot water. Property could use some upkeep, with landscaping needs and old water heater left out in back. Management communicated well in general, but on occasion was slow to respond. Beautiful location and would definitely consider again for large family gathering.

The location and accommodations are both beautiful! It was a great stay. Everything was super smooth from check-in to check-out. The host was very communicative. I'll be honest, there were a bunch of warnings that were sent to us, which made us trepidatious at first, but we had absolutely zero issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was great for a quiet family getaway, especially with all the local farms, downtown, and so much else to do in the area!

Everyone enjoyed our stay and wished that we could have stayed longer. The property is well furnished and the kitchen is amazing. There is plenty of space for people to come together and also space to be alone. The master suite was a wonderful surprise. The description on the website did not do it justice.

Nice Property

This property is perfect for a large group. There is a lot of space and it’s beautifully renovated. The only down sides was that we had a couple of little issues like the pool was pretty dirty on arrival and I had to clean it and the landscaping around the pool was overgrown with weeds etc. Overall it was a good stay.

Clean, great for large groups.

Stayed with family to attend a wedding, it was perfect for our group. Close to all the winery’s , shopping and 20 minutes to casino.House was very clean, staff attentive for the few hick ups we had. House is dated. Overall would stay again.

Lovely place for family

We had a great time here for a family reunion. The house is really nice and has lots of nice communal areas for people to hang out and be together. Close to wineries, nice kitchen, big outdoor area. Would definitely stay here with a group again.

The hot tub was advertised that it would be heated from 5:30 to 9:30 every night and the Host confirmed that in his messages. The hot tub did not work the entire time the timer may have looked from his end to be on, but the actual device was out of batteries and did not work and did not heat up the hot tub. Also, one out of the three bathrooms did not have hot water in the shower. This became a big problem, and even after supposedly someone came in to look at it it still did not work and produce hot water. The grounds are not well-maintained. The lawn has not been mowed. There’s a lot of tree foliage stacked up everywhere., could not get the front door to lock. I would like to get a partial refund. because of these inconveniences.

Beautiful spacious home on huge property!

We were at group of about 11guests and the home felt spacious. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and the proximity to some of the best wineries! The management was prompt to reply to our messages. Wonderful stay… will definitely recommend to grit!
