Outdoor Activities: Step outside and experience lakefront living at its finest. Spend your days lounging on the deck or by the lake, taking in the views, or head out on the water for some boating or kayaking (kayaks are NOT provided). End the day with a fire in the firepit, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the stars.

Please note: Our lakefront home is nestled in a natural setting, surrounded by trees, water, and wildlife. While we take every precaution to keep the home clean and comfortable, you may occasionally encounter bugs or insects – part of the charm of staying close to nature. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat with fresh air and the sounds of the outdoors, you'll love it here! Just keep in mind that nature comes with some little visitors now and then.

Location: Situated in a serene, peaceful area but with easy access to nearby Marina, and centrally located between Rogers, AR and Eureka Springs, AR both hosting many shopping and dining options.
The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $5 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, shuffleboard, pickleball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills. No fireworks allowed.
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.

A few more things to note, some cell phone service providers do not have towers in the areas around Beaver Lake so it is possibly your cell service will be "spotty". We understand things happen so we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase trip insurance and be familiar with our cancellation policy before booking.

end of summer getaway

It was very nice and lots of room for a family of 12. the game room downstairs provided a lot of entertainment for all. will stay here again.

Great family experience

Beautiful home on a gorgeous cove. We had a great time swimming and relaxing. A little rocky path down to the water, and the neighbors dogs were annoying- but nothing to fault the host for. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house! The home was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It was perfect for bringing our boat, with easy access to the water. The host was quick to respond when we had a minor issue with the dishwasher, and their communication made us feel well taken care of.A couple of things to be aware of: the beds were quite firm, which might not be ideal for everyone, and the AC unit seemed a bit older it worked but struggled to keep up during the hotter parts of the day. Also, the deck felt a little wobbly and could use some maintenance.Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back , just a few updates would make it even better!

Beaver Lake Home

The location was perfect for us. A nice, quiet location close to lost bridge marina where we kept our boat. The house was extremely clean and even much bigger than we expected which was perfect for our family. The grill and the garage fridge were a nice bonus for us. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Spent our annual friends lake weekend here. House was perfect - very clean, kitchen had everything you needed. Deck area was peaceful and beautiful. Loved the ping pong table…always a hit with our group. Rented a boat for the afternoon and the lake did not disappoint! Will be on our list of places to stay again!

Perfect large Family Beaver Lake House!

Awesome, Very Impressive Immaculate Large Beaver Lake House. All 12, Multi-Generational, Family members were overwhelmed with the Host’s Attention to Details which elevated our Family experience. We were very comfortable with lots of room. Kitchen was extraordinarily stocked. Birds amazing. Tracy could not be more accommodating. There was a beach 3 minutes away. Loved our stay!

Good size for large groups

The kitchen was equipped with serving spoons, grill tools. Everyone loved the neighborhood pool. We were anxious to fish, unfortunately the creek behind the house was small, couldn’t fish but we did get ticks!! Overall the house needs some TLC. There was broken furniture, the deck is in sad shape & we saw spiders. The grill is small for such a large home.The location from a store is quite a distance's & very curvy.

Super nice hosts!

Came to ride the curvy rodes of Arkansas so didn’t check out the lake at all. The communication from host was AMAZING. This house has the beds and baths. Roads are steep and there is gravel in spots as well as gravel in the driveway making this home unsafe for more novice riders.

Family trip

Unfortunately we had some rain every day of our stay. My sons were able to get some fishing in along with my grandchildren. They didn't catch anything but memories. Rain cleared Saturday afternoon and we went to Eureka Springs to ride the train and walk downtown. The girls were getting stir crazy being couped up in the house. Ages 7, 3, 2, and 2.The house was perfect as each family took a floor with the early raisers in the basement. Kitchen was well equipped. One son brought his Blackstone and it was set up in the garage a few steps from the kitchen. Time on the decks were short (rain) yet enjoyable.We would rent this house again!

Great getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. Plenty of room for everyone, view was amazing, and it had everything we needed - including a tremendously well stocked kitchen. There's a Dollar General about 7 miles away in Garfield for picking up the odds and ends that didn't get brought with us. We really enjoyed watching the birds at the bird feeder (hint: bring a bag of birdseed with you!). Also, there is a US Corps of Engineers park minutes away from the cabin - Lost Bridge North Park - with a wonderful hiking trail! Tracie was an excellent and very responsive host. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Wonderful Week with Family

The house was very nice and had tons of amenities, everything was provided and then some. We left a short list of items that were broken or need repaired that we found during our stay just for an FYI for the owner to attend to. We assume because it is the end of the season, and these things were very minor and did not impact the stay one bit. Easy lake access and plenty of room to tie up our Seadoos in the cove. The neighbors were very kind and gave us pointers for the lake while we were there. Watching the deer feed below our deck was also very fun for the whole family. We would gladly stay again at this house. Thanks for the easy process of booking and everything else that this vacation brought.

Beaver lake

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us, kitchen was well stocked, extra frig in the garage was useful. The cove was quiet and private and worked well for swimming and kids getting out in kayak. We had enough deck space to sit outside. A couple of things; in the summer you really can't see the lake and the trail to the lake was a little difficult for one family member with knee issues. The dining room table is a high top with 5 chairs and the breakfast bar area has 3 stools. There were 9 of us so we really didn't have enough seating. So more dining area needed in a house that can sleep up to 15.

War Eagle trip

We were disappointed in the distance we had to drive to War Eagle. Originally, indications were only 20 minutes. The view was disappointing unless we drove a ways away from the cabin, it was blocked by the trees. We were unable to use the fireplace , & I was told it was “ only cosmetic”. Also, the televisions didn’t function because we didn’t have our own streaming service. Neither of these were indicated beforehand. We had trouble with the Internet when we first got there, but management took care of this fairly quickly, which we appreciated (especially since we were without any television). The overall appearance and condition of the condo was clean and comfortable.

Lost Bridge Village Lake House

Great house. Plenty of room for a large group. Clean, with a fully loaded kitchen. Large game room downstairs. Wifi was excellent. Short drive to Lost Bridge Marina.

Perfect for large groups

Lots of beds and bathrooms to accommodate large groups. Short hike down to the water. Multiple decks to enjoy the view. Ping pong table, foosball, and checkers for indoor entertainment. Fancy bed in the main bedroom was a bonus!

Born and raised in a small town in Missouri I remember going to the lake almost every weekend growing up. As an adult I introduced my 2 children to the same lifestyle as it is so much fun, relaxing and provides for the best memories!!
In 2016, Carl and I purchased our very first lake home which lead to Dream Lake Properties, LLC being formed in 2022. We wanted to share our love for this beautiful lake with others.
