Amazing Penthouse

This amazing penthouse condo has one of the best view in Key West. Located in historic Mills Place in the main part of Truman Annex, you have the views of the Gulf and ships that pass by the windows as they arrive and leave port. The apartment has four exposures and three of them with balconies. You can see the sunset over the ocean every evening as you drink your favorite beverages in the living room or have dinner with friends or loved ones on the main balcony.

The giant size living area features 18ft ceiling at the highest point and large windows on three sides on the room for breathtaking ocean view. There is a full kitchen, dining area and large living room.

You can see the fully equipped pool on the eastern facing windows and the area is easily accessed via walking downstairs. Fort Zachary Taylor State Park is less than half mile away, easy walking or biking distance and Duval St is only few blocks away.

The master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress, in suite bathroom with windows facing the ocean, separate shower and Jacuzzi bath. It also has a private balcony and direct access to the main balcony. The couch in the main bedroom pulls out to a bed if needed.

The second bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress; we recently removed the murphy bed from the room opening up the space much more.

There are two sleeper sofa located in the unit for additional guests sleeping.

Condo association does NOT allow less than six night stays or pets.

This unit is on the third floor with NO elevator access
