This was our second stay at this property in the past three years. Our family has made at least one trip to Galveston every year for the past 30 years. This property is our favorite because of the great location, amenities including access to a washer and dryer and a bedroom on the first floor! The kitchen had any and everything needed including enough flatware and dishes for a large dinner party. The decor in the living areas is cozy-quirky and just flat out inviting. Each bedroom is amazing, the addition pillows-throws are truly appreciated and don’t get me started on the toiletries in the bathrooms. I am looking forward to renting this property again next July for our family vacation.

Ladies networking Group

We had a group of 6 ladies who stayed for one night at the beautiful property. We were in town for a luncheon to honor our networking group’s woman of excellence. Had a wonderful time in Galveston and at the property. The kitchen is totally stocked making our shrimp boil dinner easy to cook and serve. Easy to communicate with owner. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Amazing Comfort

The house has been nicely renovated. There was plenty of space for a big family dinner. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had lots of extras and everything we needed.

Family tradition

We come to the coast every year for our yearly beach vacation . This is way better than hotels !! We are at the same place . The house was great!! Gorgeous , clean. We loved it . We will come again. The property owner was very accommodating with slight time arrivals and departure. Loved the whole experience !!

Perfect Galveston Home

The renovated historic home was perfect for our spring break getaway, extremely clean, stocked and full of so much character. We were a golf cart ride from anything we wanted, including downtown. Host was amazing and answered questions almost immediately. If you want to be two blocks from pleasure pier, in a beautiful historic home, in a safe area, do not hesitate to book this place!

Great Stay!

This home has beautiful decor. We loved the little extras like ziplock bags, thick towels and lots of hangers. It had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Accommodations in Heart of Galveston

Who could ask for more? This lovely home was close to everything and was beautifully furnished yet kid-friendly. Pam is a premier host who tended to every detail, even had a beautifully decorated Christmas tree which made our visit even more special. This place is a gem.

Wish I could give 6 stars!

The house is perfect and the location is ideal. My husband, parents, daughters, and niece stayed with me at this property. It was so spacious, had beautiful decor, and was equipped with everything I could hope for in the kitchen and rest of the house. All the cookware was in excellent condition. The stain remover in the laundry room saved one of my favorite shirts. We walked to dinner at the restaurants and walked to the Pleasure Pier. Having tweens made the location even better so that we could come and go from the Pleasure Pier throughout the day. It was quite chilly during our visit, which made it all the better that we enjoyed the house so much. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

So much charm in this home with beautiful updates. Walked to Pleasure Pier, beach, and restaurants. Short drive to Moody Gardens and the shops on Strand. Felt very much at home there! Will definitely stay again!

Great Time in Galveston

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a nice location and close to many of the attractions on Sea Wall. Would have liked to have had a later checkout time, especially given the requested cleaning protocols we were asked to do before we left. The property manager was easily accessible and helpful when needed. Beautiful house!

Parents bucket list

Blue wave is an amazing home from top to bottom the second we arrived I just knew it was going to be amazing and it was !!! Each room was absolutely beautiful the beds are so comfy the kitchen is AMAZING!!! I can go on and on the home met all of our need’s everything is in walking distance great location we hated leaving we just love Pam and Kimberly any time we go to Galveston blue wave is where you will find us !!

Wonderful

The Blue Wave house was perfect for our family. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook with. The house is spacious and comfortable. Loved that it's was only a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower came in handy to wash off the pesky sand. Check in was very easy. The manager was friendly and responsive to calls and texts. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Just fabulous

The Blue Wave house was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable beds were amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed to prepare food. The house is 2 minutes from Galveston Beach and 2 minutes from Pleasure Pier which was wonderful. Several restaurants are in walking distance or in even a shorter distance with a rented golf cart. Sitting on the porch you can watch all the other neighbors and visitors walking up and down the street riding in their golf carts. You can see the Pleasure Pier Lights of the carnival the neighbors are great and welcoming. It was a very wonderful experience the homeowner and property manager are very nice and communicate very well answer the text messages within a few minutes I will stay here again I would advise for anyone to rent with Miss Pam for the Blue Wave home in Galveston Texas.

4th of July weekend

The house looked like the pictures and was beautiful inside. We loved how large the rooms and bathrooms were. The house was like a 1-2 mile walk to the pier/beach so that was great that we didn’t have to drive and pay to park. There was also a lot of food places on that strip by us within walking distance. The house is on a busy street so it can get truly noisy at times and that was a bit annoying especially when we were trying to watch TV at night. The shower in that upstairs hall bathroom is tiny. I’m short and could not stretch my arms out to wash. 2 of the bathroom doors didn’t lock well but thankfully it was just family in there or it would be an issue. Other than that the house was great and we enjoyed ourselves.

BLUE WAVE is a two minute walk to the Beach and Paradise Pier. It is located in the Historic Silk Stocking District and is close to EVERYTHING!!! The trolley runs in front of the house and the front porch is the perfect setting for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the afternoon after a day at the beach.
