Tuck into the comfort of this fabulous, very cozy three-bedroom cottage that's nestled in a quiet neighborhood located just 10 minutes from downtown Pensacola. The beautiful Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key Beach are just 20 to 25 minutes away.

The recently renovated home boasts a very open kitchen, living and dining design that every member of the family can enjoy. The living room has a brand new 65-inch smart TV that has access to Netflix, YouTube, and cable channels and is connected to high-speed internet. Some games like Jenga and playing cards are also available. The kitchen is gorgeous. Beautifully lit by crystal chandeliers, this very spacious area of the home will surely bring out the cooking ingenuity in you to provide a more enjoyable meal for the whole family.

The back screened patio has a handmade bench and chairs where you could relax and enjoy drinking your favorite tea or coffee. This is also the same place where you could enjoy a dip in the PureSpa Bubble Massage Inflatable hot tub.

In the backyard, everyone could enjoy playing with a bean bag toss and horseshoe, or grilling your favorite meat while enjoying the sound of the chirping birds from among the trees. At night, you can gather around the fire pit, make a bonfire, have your favorite drinks and enjoy stargazing.

Property was clean when we arrived. There was plenty of room for the six of us. We appreciated our time there very much, thank you! With six of us, there are a few things we would have appreciated: Kleenex, a large bowl for big salads, another kitchen towel or two, and a larger bed in the master bedroom.

Ladies getaway

Charming home with everything you need even the kitchen was well equipped down to the kitchen light with a little bling. We were 15-20 minutes away from everything, beach, restaurants, shopping. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very Comfortable Stay

This house felt so homie. We were staying in Pensacola for a dance competition. The house was very quite and comfortable. We had 2 adults and 4 teens. It was exactly what we needed. All of the appliancesseemed pretty new and high quality. The kitchen was well stocked. I cooked several meals when there and had what i needed. And OMG the knives were amazing(i think this is a first). The showers were great and the bathtub was wonderful. The teens enjoyed several movie nights with the large tv in the living room. The beds were comfortable. We will have to come back in none summer months so we can enjoy the backyard. Would definitely book again if we have the right sized group.

Amazing Cozy Home

We felt right at home and this place was so cozy! The location seemed suspect at first but all the neighbors seem to be very friendly! This was a great great place and so so worth it! The individual that takes care of this place is also very nice and ready to help if needed! Only downfall was the two bedrooms my kids slept in did not have TVs but that wasn’t a big deal, just something to maybe think about adding, 5 stars for sure!

A befitting stage for a beautiful homecoming.

The place is perfect. Spacious, clean, comfortable, well appointed. We used every bit of the amenities and not much was missed in attention to detail. I’d happily stay here again. The host was responsive and accommodating even at inconvenient times, as is usually the case, exactly when issues tend to present! The neighborhood vibe was active, safe, and welcoming. My only constructive criticism would be to replace the pillows with some down alternative options. The one there felt like a downgrade from the elevated level of comfort abundant throughout. Thank you for the lovely stay! Happy new year!

Pleasant stay close to activities but out of the hustle

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property with all the accommodations of a well stocked home. The backyard is large and great for when you want to stay in and grill/sit around the fire. It's close enough to the attractions in Pensacola without being too close to the city's hustle (of which there is a lot). The beds are firm, if that's a major consideration. The route from the freeway goes through an area that some might be uncomfortable with but the house itself is in a good neighborhood. The neighbors even waved at us when we were coming in and out. We would definitely stay again.

Brought our oldest to PCC and enjoyed being able to stay at a house during our stay in Pensacola. The house was perfect and we thoroughly annoyed our time there. We will definitely look for openings during our next visit to the Pensacola area!

Great home Away from Home

The home was advertised accurately - it is as clean and pretty as it is in pictures. The host provided all items needed (and a few extras) to ensure our stay was positive. I would highly recommend this home and the ease and responsiveness of the owner in responding to questions. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time staying here. From the time we got there to the time we left. Loved the layout of the home, the open concept, and the decor. Bathrooms were awesome. The Master bath in particular was basically a mini spa. My wife has already told me we will have to get that shower combo at home. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a corner lot. Loved the privacy fence as well. There were a lot of games and activities for the kids. And as far as supplies, we didn't have to buy any extras. Everything was well stocked. Great place to be for families. Of course it is about 20 min from the beach as advertised so that was already expected. If I had any suggestions, it would be to put in an above ground pool. There is a great spot in the back yard where one could go. And with it being a distance from the beach, it would be a nice feature for kids and families just to hit the pool on hot days, when driving to the beach isn't an option or just to get in the water. And I'm sure it would make it an even more popular rental. Anyway, thanks for being a great host. We will definitely be back!!

NICE ACCOMMODATIONS

WE WENT FOR A DIVE TRIP AND THIS HOUSE WAS CLOSE TO THE MARINA SO IT WAS NICE FOR US. THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS VERY NICE AS WELL. HE CHECKED IN WITH ME A COUPLE OF TIMES TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK. IT'S A CUTE HOUSE BUT ONLY ONE BED THAT WAS NOT TWIN. IT WAS FINE FOR US THOUGH. IT IS CLOSE TO WALMART AND PUBLIX WHICH WAS NICE. OVERALL WE ENJOYED OUR STAY THERE AND WOULD RETURN AGAIN.

Great experience!

Thank you for the free internet and Roku! Beautiful furniture, nice accent of games to play, very clean inside, and loved the godly expressions throughout the home, though we did not use the sauna, it was clean and ready to be used. Suggestions: the mothball smell is overwhelming and consider brushing off the cobwebs off the porch. Other than that, everything was very nice and a home away from home atmosphere. Any family would feel comfortable and cozy in this hidden gem!
