Everything about my stay was horrible. The geater didnt work even after i message the host several times and when he finally came and called his self fixing it he still didnt fix it. Also the we get home hours later thi king its warm amd we would take our sets of teins and us a bathe and its still freezing cold. Only thing good good aboit the trip is when i called to report the nonresoonsive host we got a refund of our 209

I arrived and was able to enter the house with the code. As I usually do in any hotel or guest residence, I search for bugs. I found this big, dead, cockroach in the kitchen under the door of the corner cabinet, next to the stove/oven. Of course, I was happy it was dead. One is enough. I informed the owner that I would not stay in the property and that I expected a refund. His initial response was that it must have come in when I "opened the door". I don't think the big bug would have come in with me, during the day, scurried past me to go and die in the kitchen. That is not plausible.The owner was quickly responsive, says he and the team went to clean the house and didn't find any bugs. Bugs don't usually come out when people are looking for them.The house is definitely clean, cabinets are worn, the yard looks nice for visitors with a dog. The corner is really busy and requires care getting in and out of the driveway.I still expect a refund as I needed to change plans and get lodging elsewhere after driving across Florida to get to Pensacola.

Our stay was nice. Clarence responds in a timely manner. Definitely, will be staying our next vacation. Oh...and it has a coffee bar, for coffee drinkers. The way to my heart!

We left a valuable and Clarence went above and beyond to get it back to us! Wonderful home with a big closet of beach toys, chairs, and games! Will definitely return!

We really enjoyed this property! It’s about 10 minutes from Pensacola Beach. We were a party of 7 and had plenty of space to spread out. The property owner was very attentive and responded to messaging well. The property itself had a cute cottage feel. We cooked some and were grateful to have a crock pot on hand. Inside there was plenty of space to sleep everyone, I even saw an air mattress in the closet. The back yard was spacious. Our only drawback was the busy intersection that the driveway sits at, but that was manageable. Especially considering how much we enjoyed the home. We already plan on returning!!

Weeks getaway

The house was easy to find and very clean. The only thiing that was questionable was the neighborhood... not 5 minutes after being there a homeless man was knocking on the door wanting money....Overall a good stay and will stay again.

Mini get away for family

Absolutely enjoy staying at this property very cozy. Sitting in the backyard is my favorite spot.It’s central to mostly everything entertainment, food, and family wise that you would like also the beach. Our choice every time we are in Pensacola.

Clean and comfortable!

My family stayed in this property for one night while in town for a funeral. We found this place very easily. It had plenty of room for all four of us. The property is VERY clean, and has a big open backyard with patio furniture. Plenty of towels and washcloths were available. We would absolutely stay again. Mr. Clarence was easy and nice to communicate with.

Very comfortable home. Small, but the perfect size for our family.

The home is very clean. It's a small home, but we had everything we needed. Spacious backyard. The TV/family room was comfortable. Only downfall was the very small bathroom - there was no counter space and no place to hang towels. Overall, it was very cozy.

Just don’t !

Cozy corner on the corner of busy intersection. You hear cars all night long and also some honking horns. We arrived the temp in the house was 51 degrees. We turned on the heat and it only got up to 61-62. The bedding in the room my daughter was in was dirty with food on it (not stains of food. Actual food). After being cold all night when we got up the temp was down to 58. I messaged owner two hours after check in and didn’t get a response u til the next day after we had already left a day early. The house is very old and dated and not kept up. The water would only get to warm it would never get hot and there was very low water pressure in the shower. We had to pay for two hotel rooms for our second night to have warmth and hot water.

Nice and comfortable

I truly enjoyed my stay at the property and really appreciate all that was provided. The convenience of getting to everything was great for my family and I. Only thing I would say was not so good was the screen door wasn’t attached. I will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Wonderful little house!

We stayed for one night and it was perfect. Some highlights: the house is very clean and comfortable, there was coffee in the morning, the back yard is huge and very pleasant for resting! The only downside of the property is completely out of the owner's control: traffic noise at night. You should definitely consider a stay here!
