Mountainside Luxury 2-Level Condo at Okemo. Ski-In/Out.

The newest Okemo luxury mountainside ski-in, ski-out condo home with private ski locker and covered garage located in the gated Southface Village, steps to the dedicated Sunshine Quad lift as well as a heated pool and hot tub, with access to a gym with showers and lockers. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes of driving to Clocktower base lodge, Fox Run Golf Club, Shaws grocery store and many restaurants along Main Street in Ludlow. You can also enjoy cooking your own meals as the condo features a clean, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen. The condo is truly a four-season family getaway, with two bunkbeds in the second bedroom, a cozy living room with a great mountain valley view, internet connected smart TV, and ample seating at the dining room table or bar area. Besides the famous Vermont foliage, Okemo mountain’s summer activities include Scenic Chairlift Rides, Bike Park, Mountain Coaster, Adventure Course, Mining and Mini Golf. In addition, it is only 30mins away from Killington and Woodstock, VT, if you are interested in exploring more family friendly attractions.

The home is immaculate. Has everything you need to cook and play. Great access to Okemo if the lift is open. Still easy to get to if the lift is not running. Owner provided options for different level of dining and attractions in the area. Respond quickly to a question we had about the tv. Will stay again!

The condo is beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the community is quiet. We loved having the pool and gym to use during our stay. The proximity to downtown Ludlow, Okemo Clocktower and Jackson Gore, Camp Plymouth, and the Green Mountain Sugar House is ideal. We very much enjoyed our time here and would come back again.

Nice Vermont Getaway

The property was nicely maintained and had a gorgeous view. We enjoyed the condo as we visited neighboring towns. The place was nicely set up and decorated! The kitchen worked out perfect for quick breakfasts and the beds were super comfy!

Great stay

Great location and clean modern accommodation

Great location, especially because the lift was open and was so convenient, right outside the door. The condo is beautiful and the entrance was perfect for storing all the ski clothing at the end of the day. Lots of family space in the living room, which is always helpful with kids. Would definitely book again.

Best of all worlds

This property and unit are unique in that they offer true ski on/off but in a truly modern unit environment. The unit was very clean and spacious and the pool and hot tub were great for kids and adults alike. Highly recommended

This is the perfect spot, easy access to the best skiing on the mountain without the hassle of fighting the crowds. Place is beautiful and has everything you would need.

Great ski in/ski out location

Great rental for family of four (two young kids). Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Location is awesome with lift steps from the door and close to town for restaurants. Will definitely come back.

Perfect trailside condo

Our family of 4 stayed at this wonderful condo last week. Very clean and well appointed residence, and only a short walk to the chairlift that never had a line! The host was kind, attentive and very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

Spacious & clean condo

Beautiful condo conveniently located, a 5 minute drive to the base of the mountain and the town of Ludlow. The condo was clean, and the perfect size for our family of five. The parking spot in the covered garage is an added bonus. Kary provided very detailed and comprehensive directions to get into the development which is gated. We had such a wonderful stay & will be back!

Great Ski location!

My family had a fantastic time at the property. Having a covered parking garage with reserved spaces was very convenient. The property is great for ski-in, ski-out. We slept comfortably, made a few great meals and had a great time! Thanks!

SouthFace Village is a perfect location to stay for an Okemo Ski vacation! Ski on/ski off convenience, can be on the ski lift in less than 5 minutes from walking out the door. Covered parking garage with designated spot. Accommodations were modern and clean. We took advantage of the outdoor hot tub since it was so easy to access. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Our Go-To Ski Retreat – Perfect for Any Trip!

This was our second stay at this fantastic Southface Village condo, and it was just as wonderful as the first! This time, it was just my 13-year-old son and me, and the condo was the perfect place for a father-son ski getaway. The ski-in/ski-out access couldn’t be more convenient, and the modern, well-appointed space makes for an incredibly comfortable stay. It’s clear this has become our favorite place to stay, and we’ll definitely be back again. Kary continues to be an excellent host—responsive, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect southface stay

Everything about the stay was fantastic! The owner was on top of communications, very clean, high quality condo. The killer part is ski in/ski out convenience! You are literally 100ft from a lift that serves southface village! Would def book this property again!
