Spacious 2 bedroom - 2.5 bathroom condominium is located on the sunny side of Okemo in SouthFace Village, the newest development on Okemo. Enjoy riding the Sunshine Quad, the dedicated chairlift to SouthFace Village located only a few steps away, as well as, underground parking and private ski locker. Positioned in the heart of SouthFace Village, you will have easy access to a hot tub, heated outdoor pool, and fitness facility, all within a few steps from your front door. During Summer and Fall, we are located right on mountain with stunning scenery, easy access to hiking the ski trails, and a short drive to scenic chairlift rides and mountain biking trails with their own dedicated lifts. Other local activities include mountain roller coaster, ropes course and various activities throughout the year. If you like to explore Vermont during your stay, trips to the Long Trail Brewery, the President Calvin Coolidge Historic Site and village, Woodstock, VT, Vermont Country store, or simply a relaxing meander through the quintessential Vermont countryside could enhance your visit. Great stay

The property was beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed. Felt like staying in a hotel but with all the conveniences of a house. Nice access to the hot tub and pool.

Feb Break at Southface

I cannot say enough great things about this condo. The location was perfect (so close to lift) and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and flexible which we really appreciated. I would absolutely rent again!

Perfect location

Basically you have your own private mountain accessible to the rest of the mountain as well. The outdoor pool and hot tub is right outside the front door, super convenient location for everything.

Great Okemo property

Very nice 2 bedroom condo with parking for 2 cars underneath building. Outdoor pool and hot tub is in fitness center directly outside front door of the condo. Walk to the Sunshine Quad lift but check operating times during weekdays. Thank you for a terrific family vacation!

March ski trip

The unit was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Perfect for our ski trip! Big storm that dumped 30 inches of snow closed Sunshine and South Face lifts one day.

Great ski in/out spot

This is our second time staying here (2 adults/2 teens) and it’s perfectly situated to hop on the lift that connects to other lifts on the mountain. At times it feels like the lift is all your own/sparsely populated even during a high season school vacation week. Outdoor hot tub is a bonus. Owner is super responsive. Love this place and will be back!

Right at South Face lift. So easy. Everything great! Beautiful condo - would definitely stay here again. (Just didn’t supply any shampoo or soap!!)

Incredible property

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and very new. It very much met our needs and details provided were helpful. The VRBO listing can be updated as the pool and hot tub are now open. It was good ski in and ski out access. Parking was also convenient. Property manager quickly brought over trash bags and detergent that ran out. I’m pleasantly surprised to have soap, shampoo, conditioners and lotion provided. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Beautiful condo

The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated, spacious for our family of 5, and very convenient to skiing; a short 5 minute ride to the main parking lot at Okemo. The lift is also very close to the unit, but it seems to only be open on the weekends. I especially like that the parking is in a garage. Amenity listing on VRBO should be updated to reflect that a Keurig is available. We had a wonderful ski trip & loved the condo, thank you!!

Xmas Ski Trip

Nicely appointed unit, very clean and well maintained. Lift wasn’t open during our stay but a shuttle service was provided to and from the slopes which was nice. Had issue with dishwasher, property manager was responsive but ultimately couldn’t figure out the issue, not a deal breaker. Overall great unit and location with indoor parking.

Lovely condo, lovely location

This is a new condo complex located mere footsteps away from a ski lift on the far left side of Okemo that connects to other parts of the mountain once you get mid-mountain. It felt like we had our own private skiing hill because there wasn't many folks on our side of the mountain, which was great—no lines! The condo is new and lovely with all the amenities one would want to be able to relax. We stayed a couple nights with our tween-age sons and they loved it. Highly recommend.

Clean modern ski home

Condo was just as advertised. 2 bedrooms upstairs with ample space for sleeping. 2.5 bath were very clean and updated. Locker space for skis outside of front door and covered parking for 2 vehicles. Lift just steps away…but be aware if you miss the lift to get back to southface village, there is no shuttle available from the clock tower. Overall would certainly recommend for a updated ski on/off at okemo!

Nice Condo

Good condo in a good location. Had some trouble finding correct condo building and called management company. Luckily we figured it out since we never got a text back until the next morning. Gas fireplace is very low output so we didn’t use it. Mostly good, but if a call comes in at night, it’s important that someone responds.

Nice property but......

The property is nice but it's also very expensive with a too high deposit (that were refunded only after 17 days! despite no damages) and most relevant when we entered, the apartment was freezing cold and we were not able to worm it up till the following morning. All this despite following step by step the provided instructions. There was no apparent issue with the heating system but the heat pump apparently took several hours to become fully functional. My husband had to spend a lot of time on the phone troubleshooting with the property manager. Not a "warm" welcome for so high rent and over 65% deposit! In general communication with the host has been "dry" and not giving the impression of acknowledging the issues (for example he suggested that we should have followed the instructions, despite we did and mentioned repeatedly in our help requests).

Well appointed condo

Really nice condo for our family of skiiers. Okemo did not open the Sunshine Quad during our stay, but it was a 5 min. drive to the Clock Tower Base Area.

Big snow ski trip.

Awesome accommodations. Looking forward to when the lift at the condo opens. Indoor parking is a big plus not seen in many other locations. I will definitely be returning customer.

Excellent, luxurious location

Stayed for a ski weekend and the property was steps from the sunshine quad. Great spot for all types of vacations.

Brand new condo ski in ski out

The place was brand-new and everything was so clean. The parking garage was nice and it was convenient not to have to go somewhere else for check in, we just used the keypad. The unit was well stocked, including starter supplies of soaps and cleaning stuff. The access road to get there is very steep, so we were fortunate that the roads were dry during our visit. I would definitely recommend four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive for this trip. The unit has ski lockers and we could easily walk to the ski lift. There are plans to add a pool next year, which will be very nice.
